  • "This is a favorite of our family, we love the food and service is always great. Will see us there often."

  • "Great Food. The server was very slow to bring us drink and our order"

  • "Been going to market street for years, never had anything but wonderful meals. Regular lunch patron, have been taking family groups more. First quality food and service. We especially enjoyed the early bird specials. Good food at a more affordable price for a family. I highly recommend this series of restaurants."

  • "No valet service. Parking was near and plentiful, however I was taking my elderly Mother to brunch and it was raining; valet would have been nice. I was a little taken back by the casual crowd and all the kids; felt more like a Denny's. Located in an office park, no views. Looks like a good spot for a business lunch. Cocktails were good, food was fair."

  • "Every thing we ordered was amazingly fresh and exceptionally prepared...as always. Our waiter was knowledgeable, helpful, witty and pleasantly fun. Keep-up the good work."

  • "I dine here frequently. On this occasion we had a group of 6. Make sure you make a reservation on weekends, or you should expect to wait. We made one luckily and were taken immediately to our table. We all had crab legs and they were delicious and huge as always. Service seemed a bit slow but it was a busy night, and we didnt have anywhere to be so we just enjoyed the company and our wine. We love this place and if you love crab legs I would definitely recommend a visit during crab festival!"

  • "Since moving from Seattle this was the best seafood we have had. My wife loves clam chowder and said this was the second best chowder she has ever tasted. I've never been to a restaurant where you ask the waitresses option ink and she gives it and was dead on. She recommended the blackberry lemon aid and usually I am not a black berry fan, she said try it and if I didn't like it she would switch it out. It was amazing. Everyone at the table tried it and agreed. There wasn't anything she recommended that wasn't as good as she claimed. A little on the expensive side for the average person but well worth it. The waitress Missy was truly amazing she is only there on weekends and you can't help but appreciate her. If you go ask for her table."

  • "Waitress didn't return with coffee even with three requests. Menu was misleading. Tab was over $200 and when the waitress asked if we liked our key lime pie and we said "no" she didn't seem to care or try to make it better for us she just offered a box to take the pie we didn't want home."

  • "We walked in at a really busy time at night (7p on Saturday) and waited to speak with someone at the podium. They saw we had a reservation and sat us immediately. The service was great, the food was fantastic. My only regret is that I was too full to try the dessert!"

  • "We had dinner with four friends. It was a Friday night, kind of busy. It took about ten minutes fior our waiter to say hello and bring water. He continued this pattern the entire meal, just taking a long time to take our order. We waited over 20 minutes to get our check as well. We had reservations at 7 pm and we didn't leave until almost 10 pm. We will stick to Cottonwood."

  • "The food is always good at MSG. The service usually outstanding, but always good. The menu diverse and interesting. The prices, unfortunately, are excessive. I took a colleague to dinner and we spent over $100 on two appetizers, two mains, and two sodas. No booze and no dessert. Fine dining in SLC costs less that this and this is no where near fine dining. I recommend MSG, but only if you have multiple people with diverse cravings for seafood. They will serve this need well."

  • "This was our first visit ever to the grill. We have heard from friends and family on how great the food is. We were impressed with the food, and did not feel rushed at all during our time there. We will return to try other dishes."

  • "I had looked online to see the brunch menu, and went in prepared to order their delicious crab cakes. They had a new brunch menu, though, that was much more limited in scope. I asked the waiter if they could accommodate my request for crab cakes, and he said no. I went to the manager, and of course they were able to oblige. The crab cakes were just amazing, as always, but I was a little miffed that the waiter did not try to accommodate my request, particularly because the menu on the website offered the crab cakes and because an individual crab cake was on the menu with eggs."

  • "Food was poor. This is not the same restaurant that we visited years ago. Quality of food has fallen. Service was ok but nothing special. This restaurant is at the same level as Red Lobster and Sizzler."

  • "After hearing so many good things about this restaurant, we decided to try it out. Nothing really impressed us on our visit. The food quality was only so-so. The service was good. The portion sizes and plating would have been better at McGrath's or Red Lobster. I've had fresh seafood (in coastal towns) on three continents, and this did not measure up. My money would have been better spent in a chain restaurant."

  • "Market Street Grill is one our top two favorite restaurants -- and is always our first choice for special occasions, The food is always top notch. The service is always attentive and helpful. This lunch visit offered us different choices that we see for dinner, and it was difficult to make a selection."

  • "We were limited to a restrained menu (the menu has changed). It is the crab festival but the crab omelet is no longer available- even upon request. But you can order the pre-mixed "seafood omelet". The management actually said no - which is so unusual for Market Street restaurants. We ordered Eggs Benedict with asparagus. The egg whites were still running clear so it was a huge mess all over the plate as none of the eggs could be picked up-I needed a straw. The sauce was cold as were the asparagus as if they were for a salad. The other dish was also cold (even the potatoes) and we joked about getting better food at VI. We'll head into town to Squatters or Eggs in the City from now on. Laughable re the crab festival but no crab omelet. Ha Ha!"

  • "Very busy night, but we were seated promptly. Service was top notch, food and menu are excellent. With notable selections from the bar available."

  • "My wife and I hit this place up every February for Crabfest. The food is spot on and always great. This was the first time we have used Open Table here and it's going to be a standard for now on. We got seated right when we were supposed to be in a place that had an hour wait for walk ins. The food is fantastic and the service is ways friendly. They did have a mishap on our bill but went the extra mile to resolve it. Great place."

  • "The fish at Market Street tastes like you just brought it home from the fish mongers in Pike Place or, at a roadside stand on Highway 101. The fish is so fresh that the only thing missing is the ocean view out the window."

  • "Market street is delicious. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered and after about 10 trips I've never had the same thing twice."

  • "We really enjoyed the service and food was hands down amazing. The atmosphere was interesting not what i expected. I reviewed the website before dinning and was not aware that there are two sides to the restaurant. We sat on the side that looked like a market. We happened to be way overdressed."

  • "We came for a New Year's Eve dinner and we were looking forward to the halibut oscar. It was prepared differently than it has been in the past and we were both disappointed. We made a reservation for 6:45p.m. In order to prevent a ling wait. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told that they were behind with reservations about 15 minutes. We waited 40 minutes to be seated. We were disappointed with the wait time. It wasn't one of our best visits. If we hadn't been before, I'm not sure we'd go back."

  • "The Filet Mignon is so delicious at Market Street. It literally melts in your mouth and can practially be cut with a butter knife. The flavor is amazing. Also - We're glad the menu now includes mashed potatoes as a standard choice. The only choices previously offered were not satisfactory to us as their boiled potatoes are flavorless, we don't care for rice, and a veggie already comes with the meal. The only other choice was to purchase the Au Gratin potatoes, which are an additional $4.90."

  • "I took my sales team to this restaurant as a Christmas lunch getaway from the the office. The food was very good and our waiter, Joseph, was exceleent and very attentive to our needs. He let us eat in peace but stopped enough to make sure we were taken care of. A great experience."

  • "Great food, prices are to be expected. It is one of our go-to places for a little better dinner than you normally find in Sandy/Draper area."

  • "We have always been big fans of the quality and service at the Cottonwood location, but since moving, decided to get acquainted with the closer South Jordan restaurant. No surprise here. Both restaurants set the bar for dining out in Utah. Our server, Drake, was top notch and we were made to feel welcome by all staff we interacted with. Definitely will be back to this location, especially for the fantastic Sunday Brunch!"
