A word from Market Jean-Georges
At this time the resort all of its restaurants are closed. We thank you for the patience and understanding as we move through a process of recovery from Hurricane Odile, which has impacted the entire area. We are doing everything possible to re-open so that we can welcome you, and our valued guests, back to One&Only Palmilla.
As of today our tentative re-opening date is March 15th 2015. We will continue to update our websites with information, as it is hard to confirm a date. Please check back soon for any updates.

if you are thinking jean-georges in NY, it is totally different in all ways...food was not good, some of the fish was fishy, service was poor (waiters kept trying to clear our plates when we weren't done... they made us feel pressured to hurry and leave), ambiance is reminiscent of that 70s show (dining room we were in was orange and brown plaid decor), and noise level was ridiculous because of a group that was having dinner in there at the same time. i couldnt even hear my husband. i would avoid at all costs. my husband got food poisoning from the food here... it was really disappointing and i do not recommend it.

Great ginger margarita, however it was TINY. The place is fantastic though and the service excellent. I started with a watermelon mint gazpacho soup – disappointing. However, my husband had Corn Ravioli with Basil Fondue – fantastic, raved about it all night and beyond. I had the lamp chops, these were very nice, and the portion very good, not tiny lamp chops. Husband had slow cooked Salmon, again very interesting and good. Then the desserts- these were absolutely the best. Mine was so simple, the papaya with coconut ice cream and flavored extraordinarily well. My husband had little round smaller than munchkins donuts with Oaxaca cheese with cinnamon sugar that waswas excellent. So my husband carries on about how can it be Oaxaca without

This was our best dinner in Cabo! We ate here two of our nights because it was so outstanding. Service was excellent. Of course we were shell shocked with the prices at all the restaurants in Cabo. But, Market Jean Georges was worth it!

We had two lovely dinners here while on vacation in San Jose del Cabo. The view while dining outside was great. The food and wine, including vegetarian items on the menu, were the best things we had in the Cabo area. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us enjoy a quiet night.

Market Jean-Georges is something not to miss while in Los Cabos. From the ambience, attentive and friendly waitstaff, gorgeous silver flatwear and of course the always inventive and devine flavours of the food offerings, it is a must for any special occasion or a romantic dinner for two. On my last visit George Clooney and Colin Firth were seatted at the next table. No such luck when I dined there last week. Do yourself a favour and come early enough to walk around the magnificent One & Only Palmilla resort grounds and have a drink at one of the two beautiful bars that offer delicious cocktails as well as many fine wines and champagnes by the glass. The prices are steep but well worth it.

Sadly, this is a disappointment. It is hard to conceive that Jean-Georges is willing to put his name on this restaurant given the overall experience we had. The setting is wonderful and the room itself pleasant, albeit somewhat too warm. The service is terrible...rushed at the beginning, absent at other times. The mersault I ordered from the ridiculously over priced wine list was put in an ice bath without the courtesy of my being asked how I like my Burgundy. Finished cocktail glasses were left on the table until the end; we ended up having to pour our own wine most of the time. There were numerous other service blunders, which is too bad because the food, while nothing unique, is really very good. The experience, for the money, isn't

Spectacular views of crashing waves frame the scene while dining al fresco at Suviche enjoying an exquisite bottle of "Bride of the Fox" sake and a chef's choice sampler of ceviche. Dinner at Market matched up to our expectations. We just ate as much fish and seafood as we possibly could. And who wouldn't love just being at the One&Only Palmilla?

Another home run for Jean-Georges. Perfect setting at Palmilla. Each course was beautifully prepared and presented at the table. Delicious and creative menu items. We couldn't help tasting each other's courses to get the full range of what the chef could do. Simply a wonderful evening in every way.

Very expensive for Mexico even Cabo. One appetizer, the tuna, was fabulous. One main was ok and one was fair. We would not run back. They wanted $170US for a tasting menu without wine. Wines were very expensive but they were overpriced in most of Cabo.
