I made a reservation for my mother's 83rd birthday, and a small error occurred in confirming it by the reservationist. The restaurant then rectified the situation and on the day of our lunch, the restaurant made sure we had a memorable meal and great service. We really appreciated their aloha. The environment made this day special and made them feel appreciated. The decor was inviting and made us feel comfortable. I requested special seating by the window and they kindly fulfilled my request.
The service was excellent from the time the hostess greeted us, the waiter was friendly and attentive, the bus boy was efficient and professional. The food was presented well and the taste was excellent.
One of my guest couldn't eat seafood, which the menu specialized in, so I wish there was more choices for her.

My girlfriend and I had such an amazing even I had to write something. The service was excellent. We went there not to hungry and ordered the complete meal with the 4 courses and dessert. The entree portion was brought out to us on two separate plates w/o us even having for them to do so. And on top of that our order came with one dessert but we were nicely greeted with 2 desserts. The 2nd one was on the house. Service was amazing food was delicious and price was fair. And to top it off i forgot my credit card on the table our server ran us down in the parking lot to return my card. Although sometimes considered a treasured lunch spot, it would be a mistake to overlook the superb dining experience that Mariposa can provide to both locals and tourists.
