Our daughter loved the food and the ambience of the outdoor patio. The staff was very attentive and considerate of the baby. Tonight everything clicked.. an early res, a warm greeting from owner Holly on which table we'd like, started with a glass of Santa Barabara rose while we figured out what we wanted to order from the prix fixe menu and got recommendations from Peter our favorite server. I had golden zucchini summer squash soup with an eggplant accent, an oven-roasted small chicken breast with a killer set of small veg over mashed potatoes and a glass of pinot, then a black and white creme brulee with cookies for dessert that chef/owner Dan served. My bride had a fava bean bruschetta, the halibut with beet and a glass of chardonnay, and the strawberry cornmeal shortcake.
