Bring money - but for maybe 15 percent than you would pay at a lot of Tahoe restaurants you will be in for a special treat.
Staff was terrific dealing with our large party that ranged from toddlers to grandparents...
It was "shoulder season" so there was no crowd - at all.

The first time we took our 8 year old daughter and one of her friends. The staff was very considerate of the girls and they enjoyed their dinner. The second time we got a sitter for our daughter and went out on a rare "date" for mom and dad. We road the gondola from the Village directly to the Ritz-Carlton. We had a wonderful quiet evening, with great food, wine and view. Our waiter has worked at Manzanita since the beginning. His "local knowledge" was a lot of fun.
