On arrival they took us to a table that was next to a window overlooking the strip. The cocktail list was extensive and the service was first class. The waitress made us feel very welcome and was very atentative. The Mandarin Bar has everything that you would expect--a chic, plush atmosphere, attentive service, fancy vittles and hand-crafted libations (cucumber & cilantro margarita anyone?). However, you can keep the tab somewhat under control since the limited menu consists of lighter (but deliciously decadent) "bar food" selections. This bar has an outstanding view of the strip from its 23rd floor perch that scans both North & South. Great relaxed atmosphere that allows for normal conversation yet offers groups a great place to mingle. In our 2 hours, we enjoyed some wonderful drinks- I recommend the Cilantro & Cucumber Margarita- and delectable appetizers. Our waitress Sarah did an awesome job of being attentive yet not overbearing. Would go back in a heartbeat.
