My son went vegan three months ago and we were presented with the challenge of where to eat for his birthday dinner, after a short google search we found Mandarava, a true gem! The food was incredible the best food he's had since he's changed his life style. First thing he asked after the meal was when are we going back! It didn't even taste vegan to a meat eater! We plan to go back during their non-dinner hours so we can taste all of there amazing food choices!

The food was good. I was thinking about thier kale salad for days afterwards. The bill was a little more than i would expect for a restaurant like this. The portion sizes mean its set up for multiple courses which increased the bill. The ambiance was also more "spa" like than I would have liked. It was very dark - they should raise thier lights and make it more like a restaurant and less like I am in a meditation center.

    neighborhood gem, great for lunch
