I love the whole atmosphere of Mama Della's. We have only been to Universal once before ion 2007, and ate here. It was on my list for this trip as well. I cry every time.

The waiter was nice but the food was just terrible. It was all over cooked. No sauce. Just crazy high prices for bad food. I told multiple people to not go here. Such a waste of money. We went and ate elsewhere.

We were seated for our reservation promptly, greeted by our server quickly, served in a timely fashion, sung to beautifully, and checked on by management. Our experience at Mama Della’s was fantastic from start to finish.
