Recently awarded best ‘Chips and Salsa’ in Ciudad magazine and as ‘one of the best places to taste tequila’ in Los Angeles by Sunset magazine. Malo is the Silver Lake home to over 150 different tequilas; all of them 100% blue agave; add our daily house made sweet and sour for a margarita or hit one of the fresh fruit infused tequilas that line the bar. Malo is a Los Angeles favorite for not only the margaritas and mojitos in the bar, but also the food. “This hip but casual restaurant offers a new take on Mexican food by intertwining a gourmet aesthetic with home style favorites served with sturdy margaritas.” The Ground Beef & Pickle tacos have been written up nationally as one of the best tacos in Los Angeles and the Burnt Habanero & Crema salsa is a local favorite.
