Entertainment: Live Jazz seven nights a week featuring Bram Wijnands and some of KC's very best jazz. Lower level Jazz Club is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights from 5pm to close. Live Jazz nightly as follows: Mon.-Wed. from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, Thurs. 6-9PM, Friday from 4pm to 11pm, Sat. from 5pm to 11pm, and Sun. from 6:30-8:30pm.
Special Events & Promotions: The Majestic Restaurant offers several private dining options, including our Jazz Club with a capacity of 80 people as well as our third floor Pendergast Club with a capacity of 50 people.

Located in Kansas City's historic downtown Garment District, The Majestic Restaurant serves breakfast 7 days a weeek, lunch (weekdays) and dinner and fantastic Kansas City Live Jazz nightly - with no cover! The Majestic Restaurant features some of Kansas City's very best dry-aged steaks as well as… delicious seafood, chops, salads, homemade desserts and numerous daily specials! Our daily breakfast features eggs benedict, stuffed French toast, granola pancakges & more. Try our Sunday Jazz Brunch each Sunday featuring live jazz piano from some of KC's best musicians 10:30am-1:30pm.

The Majestic Restaurant has free parking in our lot at 919 Broadway.

"Our family's first experience at The Majestic was fantastic. The food was terrific, with no disappointments, and the menu had many options from which to choose, and prices were reasonable. The restaurant itself was attractive, clean, and comfortable. Service was prompt. We will definitely return!"

"A little step back in time with a "supper club" feeling. Might appeal more to an older crowd, though I think it could be appreciated by anyone, especially since the food and service were fabulous! If you're looking for a "hot spot" this isn't the place, but if you want to enjoy some good food and superior service, definitely worth a try!"

"We had a great knowledgable server, there was also a wonderful jazz band going and the overall ambiance was lovely. However the food is expensive and worn out. I had vegetables that you would assume to be fresh for the prices and they were bland and clearly frozen or old. My husbands rib eye was overcooked and not a very good piece of meat in general. It is a very cool historic Kansas City restaurant that food aside has a fun atmosphere with servers that work hard for you."

"The Majestic was okay, but only for the historic experience. The salmon was a little undercooked and the steak was just okay. The music was okay, but there are much better restaurants in the area that play jazz that were much better than this place. I think older people may enjoy this place more, but I think the next time I go, if there is a next time will be for brunch. On a positive note, the cocktails were great and reminded me of the drinks served at Manifesto. On a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate The Majestic a 5."

"Martini's and jazz. Great combination for an evening's dining. Food is good, great wine list, attentive servers. Charming old Fitzpatrick's saloon. See if you can identify all the characters on the mural-all associated with Kansas City."
