Legendary chef Daniel Boulud created his namesake Maison Boulud to reinterpret French classics. At his downtown Montreal restaurant, artisanal Quebecois products and local ingredients are used to craft modern dishes.     I actually ate there twice in a row, staying at the Ritz-Carlton. Will go back during my stay. Exquisite food and interesting combinations. Service is impeccable.

    Phenomenal culinary experience! Everything was excellent. Only critique is the seating area was not to my liking-would have preferred the indoor area of the restaurant. The outdoor covered area was not very elegant.

    It was with the same pleasure and satisfaction that we had dinner as a family on Sunday, June 15, to celebrate a birthday. Everything was perfect, truly. Many thanks to Maison Boulud for allowing us to enjoy this break in such an exceptional setting.

    The server was rushing us. I ordered eggs Benedict. It was just average. The desert was very good. The ambience was very nice. But overall, I felt it was overpriced for the quality of the food.
