The prime rib, NY, and chicken were wonderful, as were the salads and breadsticks. My spouse loved the salmon, which I did not try. The desserts and drinks were both outstanding.
The buffet was smaller than what we get in LV, and about par--but the quality excelled.

I had the Chef's Special which was a New York Steak with Gorgonzola butter. It was cooked perfectly and the meat was flavorful and tender. It was well seasoned, I like a good crust on my steak and this one was fantastic. The sides (mashed potatoes and veggies) were a good pairing and were well prepared. I also opted for the soup instead of the salad which was a mushroom bacon. It was nothing like typical mushroom soups and almost more like a chowder but was very delicious.5/10/2013 12:00:00 AM
