Magic Flutegreat lunch spotAlthough on the high side for lunch-- salads at $15 -$20-- the food was excellant, fresh and beautifully presented in a timely way. This is a nice spot for a discussion over lunch because it is quiet with ample space between tables.5/6/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat find wonderful neighborhoodGreat find wonderful neighborhood place excellent fish great steak5/3/2013 12:00:00 AMLove this placeAny time any menu option is fabulous. More difficult during the day, but worth it for their delicious weekend brunch or lunch during the week. If the weather suits itself, the outdoor patio is charming. The middle dining room will accommodate a large group, yet still retains the charm of this small restaurant. I'm a seafood snob, but must say the salmon was very fresh and perfectly prepared, topped with a delicious caper sauce. The service here is excellent.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had a brunch of 10 peopleWe had a brunch of 10 people and 2 children and they had our table all setup for us when we arrived outside on the lovely patio. It was one of those rare SF sunny days and so it was perfect. There was shade via umbrellas but still a little sun so everyone enjoyed eating outside. The service was good and the brunch drinks and food were delicious. People especially liked the brioche french toast with strawberries. It was a lovely experience and I would go there again in a heartbeat for a group event. I've eaten inside about 4 times and it's very sweet, victorian sort of feel, like a nice tea room, and is quieter than out back. It is never loud here though, just pleasant.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMYummy and relaxed afternoonYummy and relaxed afternoon lunch in a lovely garden with my visitors from Manhattan.4/19/2013 12:00:00 AMMy favorite place for weekend bruncGreeted at the door with very friendly staff and who I believe to be the owner. Made a reservation and was treated like a king. The wait staff was very knowlegeable about the menu and was able to make multiple recommendations on the menu. Definitely recommend the bloody marys as well. Will come back again very soon.
Also try to get a seat on their heated sunny patio. Great ambiance!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat service.Great food.QuietGreat service.Great food.Quiet neighborhood.
