But we had no issue. The lead host, Amerah, with her usual smile, told us to wait just few minutes. Two minutes later our table was ready.
The service was accurate and the food great as usual. Due to the high number of people our entries were just few minutes late. But it was worth waiting.

Salad we ordered didn't have all ingredients and waiter seemed confused when we told him about it. Also hubby ordered off 'take a pasta home' menu, and waiter didn't ask what he'd like to take home...we gave him several chances too. With that being said...food was absolutely incredible, as always. I ordered lobster spaghetti for first time and WOW! Unbelievably delicious!! Ambiance great too! The food was absolutely fantastic, each of our four dishes better than the next, the restaurant was fun and lively, the wait staff courteous and fun! If you can make it to the desserts, try the toasted poundcake with caramelized bananas, it's worth every calorie!! Honestly, it's the best food experience we have had in a very long time! Our server was the nicest, most attentive and efficient server one could ever want, and especially on special ocassions like mothers day where the stakes are high, it is very important.

birthday. The minute we walked in, the hostess asked if we were dining on a special occasion. We answered that
it was her birthday. From then on, everyone who came by our table wished her happy birthday! Even to the staff who
brought us extra utensils. How special was that? Talk about taking care of the 'small' stuff. Made us feel really

Even though we were not ordering wine or cocktails or running up a big bill and had kids in the group, he still took a lot of time and made us feel we were as important as his other tables. They are set up perfectly for handling larger groups - either through advanced reservations or full-on banquet rooms.
We had 10 in our party and our server recommended family style. Family style allows diners to pick a set number of appetizers, main courses, and deserts (# of each is based upon which of three options you select). The food quality was excellent and the quantities were perfect (if you want more of something, they will bring it when you opt for family style). The only minus was the time it took for initial food delivery. After that, things went quite smoothly.

My husband and I love to share meals and Maggiano's menu is made to share. The food is relatively consistent and the menu is very descriptive so you know what you are ordering exactly. We went to the hostess stand and told the hostess that we had a reservation at 8:15. She handed us our pager without a word. Upon leaving, there was a different hostess that gave us a nice goodbye greeting. Of note, it was a different person, so not sure if the earlier hostess was a fill-in for the regular hostess on break or what. We thought we had a nice booth (which was what we ordered) but we were by a huge table that were way too loud. Our server, Mike, offered to give us another table, but we toughed it out. Mike was the bright star of the evening. Just a very friendly and attention server. It was a last minute decision to make our reservation and also to write in the comment box about our anniversary, yet the restaurant went above and beyond to help us celebrate. When we first arrived, the first thing the waitress said when greeting our table was 'happy one- year!'.
