The restaurant is busy and noisy, as an Italian Restaurant should be! There may be areas set aside for more romantic settings, but we are always there with our kids. It was our Anniversary (12 yrs) and we requested to sit upstairs. We understand they cannot fill all upstairs requests but we thought since it was our Anniversary they would make an exception. When our table was ready, they put us at the worst table. Pretty much in back of the hostess people when you come in. We asked if we could wait for the upstairs but they said it wouldve been over a 30 minute wait or longer. Sarah our waitress was very friendly and prompt with our food and drinks. Everything was great. My only comment is that the bowtie pasta with veggies needs more sauce. It was a little bland and dry. Yet, with all the food and the options they still keep a total formality and don't turn it into a buffet on plates.
