Three of us were seated promptly and the server greeted us quickly. Server seemed a little pushy at times but she brought our drinks and food items in no time at all. Husband and friend both ordered the Lasgna and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Eggplant Parme and it was delicious but on the soggy side. But after 2 hours of dining and the great service I quickly became a fan. The food was fantastic, the servers were great, I was truly treated like someone important and that to me made a great impression on me . This is a great place to bring a group of friends and also a great place to bring a date.

They even have events with live entertainment, banquet rooms and seating spaced so you don't feel closed in while dining. We had been here before but it was over 5 years ago. The only complaint we had this year was that when we asked our wait person for checks to be made out for each couple she was not too pleasant about it. The food was excellent and the eat one, take home lunch was great for everyone. Our experience at the store was exceptional and our server was very hands on. My only complaint is the lack of parking. Since the restaurant is always crowded, you almost always have to valet park.

I also put a comment attached that said we were celebrating a birthday. Someone from Maggiano's called the morning of the event and confirmed our reservation and at that time asked if we needed anything extra. I requested a high chair for the table. After I hung up I realized I had forgotten to mention if there would be a special dessert for my mother's birthday. After we had eaten dinner, the waitress brought out Maggiano's famous cookies with candles. I am so glad they took the time to remember who we were celebrating. My mother had a wonderful time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. Very kid friendly restaurant. We were not happy as were very hungry. As soon as we sat down, Josh, the manager, came over and apologized for the wait explaning how busy they were and to make up for this, gave us complimentary appetizers. We had Pedro for our server and I would have to say he is one of the best servers I have ever had. Friendly, polite, efficient and just fantastic! Then, he brought us two desserts, compliments of Maggianos. Wow! Once again, fantastic.
