The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are perfect. I always have plenty to bring with me to work the next day. The ambiance is wonderful for all occasions. The service was well timed-never had to wait too long for the waiter. Being it was Mother's Day they said it could possibly be 3 hours to seat us!
We had 5 adults (one in a wheelchair) a toddler and a baby!
We had driven for an hour to get here!
The manager said he would try to accommodate us as soon as possible!
Well 5 minutes later we were seated and had some it the best service ever !

Food is excellent. Service was very attentive. One of our party is a celiac. Manager sat with us and spent considerable time explaining what she could order (impressive selection!). Do not remember the name but it is one I would highly recommend. While there we were asked about whether everything was ok which shows the restaurant wants to make sure their customers enjoy their food. The waitress had recommded the special we selected and I am glad she did, as I was debating about another dinner I had before. Found this selection to be superb. Our waitress was nice but a bit serious for our taste during this visit. She was helpful and knowledgeable but we were not sure about her demeanor. I don't think she smiled the entire evening. Not that she was mean or a grouch but just not very friendly....and I know some restaurants like that kind of attitude but as a customer I do not like it. We much prefer a smiling, friendly server like we have had at Maggiano's MANY times in the past. We told the waiter and within minutes he sent out the Manager who went over the entire menu and how nearly every dish could be made to accommodate my friend's needs. The manager spent 10 minutes with us, and when our food was brought out, the manager was at our table within 2 minutes to make sure everything was ok. WOW. Of course the food was fantastic, but this extra-special attention was astonishing. And to boot, it was a holiday weekend and they were swamped.
