"It was Easter Sunday and did not seem overly crowded any yet the service was so slow, and there was only 4 of us! We were there for over 2.5 hrs. The food came cold and not enjoyable."

"We really enjoyed celebrating our 40th anniversary at Maggiano's. The table we were given was perfect, the server couldn't have been friendlier or more efficient. The food was delicious and the value was superb. We are looking forward to our complimentary pasta dishes for dinner tonight!"

"overall, maggiano's is always good, reliable food. food was good this visit, but it took 45 minutes for our dinner to arrive after ordering. that's a long time with a 2-yr-old... and no comment from the server. also, my water glass was never refilled, another server who recognized us from previous visits finally brought me a new water. and while i appreciate that it is "bustling," it was so loud that there were at least three miscommunications between our party and server when ordering. i'll be back b/c the location is convenient, price is decent and food is reliable... but i wouldn't take someone you're trying to impress."

"We understand it was Easter Sunday, but they know that there were alot of people coming. The food was cold, coffe cold and never refilled, part of my dinner was not brought out (potatoes) until I was done, soup after I had meal. The waiter was very jumpy. Not a good experience!"

"My family and I come to Maggiano's 3-4 times a year and the service has always been impeccable. We were very dissapointed during our last visit. The waitress checked on us only once (several in the group were out of water) and the staff that brought us our food simply put the food on the table, not in front of the individual and not in a nice way. Almost as if they felt bothered to bring us our food and they weren't polite at all. We will go back to Maggiano's with the expectation that service is back to the way it has been in the past, however if that visit turns out to be a dissapointment, we will not have any more future visits."

"Everything was great until the bill came. THe waitress charge my two sons(10 & 13) as adults. The chrildrens meals cost were up to the age of 15. If i did not notice this when the bill came, I would have spent an additional $40.00. The manager did remove the charges."
