I called the restaurant for a reservation and ended up in voice mail . Checked Open Table and got it! This restaurant was so prepared for the onslaught of this day. We had two young children and 6 adults they seated at a large round table, wow! Meal is always good and service was amazing considering the crowd. Much better than I expected based on previous year's at other restaurants. All I can say is if you want a good family meal on a busy day this place does it right. You won't be disappointed. The food was very tasty, plentiful, and quick to arrive at the table. The service was excellent and our server was very attentive and friendly. We arrived at 6 PM for an early dinner and were seated immediately. Reservations are "a must". By the time we finished our meal and dessert, the place was packed and there was a sizeable waiting list of diners. The noise levels increased considerably as the tables filled up, but it never got to the point of being a major distraction. This is not a cuddly romantic place to dine. The hostess peronnel did not handle the reservation well by not texting us when our dinner table was ready and did not offer an apology for it. They did not seen to care. They also provided the wrong menu selections (which had been pre-selected in advance) to the waiter. However, upon expressing my concerns to the manager, they truly went above and beyond to please us. The food was amazing and all of our guests were impressed/amazed by the entire experience. They never knew about the mishaps that occured in the beginning. Overall, my recommendation would be that if you book a group reservation, make sure the hostesses do their job and are held accountable.
