Decent choice when a family wants to go out to a not terribly-expensive place following some milestone. In our case it was for a graduation from high school. The bartender knows how to make a good cocktail, generously poured. We've often found the soups too salty (as are the sautéed spinach & green beans w/ bacon); some of the appetizers are fine, notably the stuffed mushrooms. We all like the four-cheese ravioli, but the adults do find the chicken parm and the spaghetti and meatballs underwhelming; this is what teens like, though. The kitchen does know how to grill meat. Portion sizes were huge. Dessert was delicious, crab cake appetizer was to die for. I will be coming back in the future. And recommending to a friend. The food was delicious and our server Megan was very attentive to such a large party. Also, 9 more family members (bringing the total to 22 people) showed up after our reservation time and staff didn't hesitate to get them seated next us....very accommodating and unbelievable actually. They only had to wait for them to get the tables together, we were very pleased. :-) My husband & I will definitely be returning for a date night. However, we had a server that acted like he would rather be doing something else. No personality, he would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time, and was very slow in getting refills on bread, drinks, etc.
Additionally, the tables were too closely spaced, and my chair was bumped into by other servers at least a dozen times, despite moving it a number of times, and there appeared to have been plenty of room for them to get by. One server was heard to complain that she could not get to her table, which was next to ours.
