"I love the ambiance of Maggiano's. This was my second visit and the first with my husband and daughter. I found the wait staff to be very friendly and trying to please us. Food service was a little slow, like we got the hot bread but no butter or plates but it was Easter Sunday and allowances have to be made. However, our waiter was very friendly and accommodating and that usually is the clincher for me. We were seated at a table and we asked for a booth and was changed immediately. My husband and I go out to dinner at least four times a week and are used to cruising a lot and dinner in cruise ship restaurants. He is very hard to please regarding restaurants but he gave you a "big thumbs up" which means we can come back again soon.lol"

"As usual, the food was excellent. However our waiter, Jason, basically disappeared during our lunch. There were 3 other people that attended to us. It was very unusual and a little frustrating when our friend wanted to order a wine and Jason was no where to be found. This was our only issue. We asked for James but it was his day off - James is always attentive. At the end Jason even remarked he hadn't been around much. Not sure if there was a problem. But we will be back. We love the food and the atmosphere."

"Went there to see some friends I haven't seen in awhile & it was the perfect spot. You can relax and enjoy drinks, appetizers, main entree, and dessert. We never felt rushed & really enjoyed our meal"
