Maggiano's - CumberlandAnother pleasant experienceI got to Maggiano's for their great deals on classic pastas - buy one get one free to take home. This time our service was exceptional. Only complaint is maybe adjusting the warmers so the food will remain hot, ours was barely warm. They talked about and is still taking about how great the food was. The service was a little slow,, but it's understandable due to how busy it was on Mother's Day.
I made reservations for 3pm , we got there at 2:55pm by passed the rest of the crowd that was waiting and was in our seats at 3:05..

My wife made all the arrangements through the on-line reservations and even ordered flowers. My mom was in tears when they brought her the flowers. Yes it was a very busy day and things were a little slow, BUT that wasn't any problem for us. When you go out on a special day you have to expect a little back-up. Waiter Eric was a blast to have served us. I think we made his day a little easier also. Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience for us.

That is a long time with small children. We love Maggiano's and just wish our server had been more accessible.
