My family went for Mother's Day and as you can imagine the service was a little slower than usual. However, this place is great no matter the occasion or amount of people you have. We waited only minutes to be seated. We ordered Marco's dinner, an app to share, 2 classic pasta entrees and a dessert. The best part was if you order a classic pasta dish you get to take one home! I ordered the baked ziti and my husband ordered the lasagna. Both were delightful! The pasta was cooked perfectly. The sauce was delicious and well-seasoned. Mama Castellani would be proud! We had the pound cake with carmelized bananas and vanilla ice cream. Very moist cake and delish bananas. Overall, I was very impressed from beginning to end! It was Awesome!!!! When my husband asked where I wanted to go for Mother's Day, the choice was obvious!! The food is amazing and the staff is very professional !!! Make sure you always arrive early for your reservation, the restaurant is very popular and you don't want to miss out !! I will continue to come back and recommend Maggiano's to all of my friends !!!! Thank you for another Amazing experience !!! If you are planning an event, see Randall, she is Amazing !!! It was great at first from the valet parking to quick seating (reservations). However It didn't get five stars because the booths were a little tight & cluttered we had to keep rearranging things just to get everyone's courses on the table which got a little aggravating. Our particular waitress was inattentive & left us waiting for our salads then brought them out after our entrees! We had to keep asking for her so we could get more drinks and empty plates taken away. I would advise people to eat here the food was delicious, just not on holidays that way your waitress will be more attentive. Ask for actual table & chairs (they have more room). The food is always excellent, the servers are friendly and helpful. It was quite noisy due to the crowd, but that was only minor considering the food and service were so good. Despite the crowd, we were served quickly and the waitress (who was also handling a table of 17) did not forget we were there. We have eaten here often and have never been disappointed. My boyfriend and I eat at this restaurant almost every time I visit him and always have service that surpasses any other restaurant. The wait staff are excellent. My boyfriend had showed his military ID as proof of being of drinking age, and at the end of the meal the waitress asked if we would like her to apply their military discount to our check. We weren't even aware they gave military discounts, and it was so kind of her to ask. They give a very generous discount, and cut our bill about 17 dollars! We went early in the dinner hour, 4:00 PM, so even though there were several tables seated, the atmosphere was calm. The decor is warm and inviting, clean and comfortable. Service was attentive, and the food very well prepared with fresh ingredients. The salads made a great first impression, as they were very fresh, as was the crusty bread. We enjoyed the Chicken Marsala and "Mom's Lasagne", both at the restaurant and the next day with the chef's complimentary pasta portion, a nice touch. The entrees were hot, apparently coming right away from their preparation. I have been to other Maggiano's, but none compare to how well managed this location has become. My wife has severe food allergies, but they were able to accomodate her. In addition, both the kitchen manager, and the front manager were responsive and constantly made sure that we were pleased. The complimentary valet parking was great in a highly congested area.
