  • "My party of 5 went to Maggiano's for Easter Sunday. Ordered from the family style menu which offers very good food options at a reasonable price. The server was professional and friendly especially considering the hectic pace of the holiday crowd. We ordered 3 appys and 4 entrees and 2 desserts. They general observations is that they don't serve enough food initially for a family style service. They do mention that you can get refills of anything but it turned out the wait for a refill of calamari was nearly 20 minutes. The entrees were generally good however the salmon was dry and seemed like it wasn't freshly prepared. The cheesecake and lemon cookies were heavenly. Overall this is a good value with good food and good service."

  • "We had a great Easter meal at Maggiano's. It was just my husband and myself. I had Chicken Francese and my husband had the pasta special. Everything was delicious."

  • "The service was top notch...professional and courteous and personable, from making reservations, arriving, getting seated, being served and leaving the restaurant. It is obvious the staff cares and goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The food was great as always."

  • "Although it is a bit of a drive for us, it is worth having a great italian meal with excellent service. A bit too loud but worth it. Thank you"

  • "I happen to like Maggiano's because I'm NOT a fan of very quiet restaurants - they bore me! If you are looking for quiet and sedate, do not come here. If you're looking for lively and active and energetic, this IS the place! Their two-for-one pasta dishes are awesome - they taste fantastic and the portions are huge. Their prices are so reasonable. It's a great place to go!"

  • "Your food is delicious and is more than enough. Everyone brought some home with them. Our server James was friendly & informative, although we had to flag someone down to get a server after we sat at least 10 minutes waiting. I found it almost impossible to hear the conversation at our own table. The big open areas are nice but a few booths would be good for smaller parties, especially if you are with low-talkers."

  • "We had a very nice dinner - three adults and two kids. The kid's food was great (and affordable) and our entrees all tasted very good. Great service too."

  • "I've always had a great meal and wonderful service. I've dined there many, many times. I consider it one of my favorite restaurants with incredible food."

  • "We always like a particular booth and request it on Open Table reservation. Usually we get it or have to only wait a short time. We go to Maggianos for special occasions due to price. We rarely get out for less than $5/person because we like to get several courses and Sangria. The food is a step above most casual Italian restaurants such as Olive Garden or the local pizzeria but not as good as some of the good Italian restaurants in NYC. You have to try the fried zucchini, it is amazing. "

  • "Where we were sitting, they had the fans blowing cool area on a few of the guests. They had to wear jackets to dinner."

  • "Our kids were home, so booked for five on a Sunday. Maggiano's, although a chain, with a bit of a theme, actually serves pretty good "red sauce" Italian food family style. We ordered off the mid-tier family style menu (about $29/pp) and had a gigantic italian salad and two appetizers, chicken parm, two kinds of pasta, and ravioli, and two desserts. The food came hot and in large quantities. We couldn't come close to finishing the initial servings, but, in theory, we could have had "seconds" if we wished. We brought home enough food for several more meals. Everything was good to quite good, the pastas, al dente, etc. The waitress was pleasant and pretty good at staying on top of things. Our only complain is the noise level."

  • "This is not a place you want to go for good table discussion or a quiet meal with a loved one, but is definitely kid-friendly and good for groups, particularly since it has a pretty varied menu. It's also a good value since you get a second pasta dish to take home for each one purchased. Highly recommend the zucchini fritte appetizer"

  • "My husband and our friends and family celebrated his 30th birthday at Maggiano's. The food was delicious and our waiter was very knowledgeable."

  • "The Chopped Salad was awsome. The Linguini and Red Calm sause was outstanding. The Artichoke Chesse Dip is always a fave. The Chicken Marsala was good but we have had it over done. The Chicken Parm was good and the cutlets were a little over done. The Chocolate Layer Cake was good but a little bakery like. The Calimari was good and could be a little less bread."

  • "Food is consistently good. Large portions. Family loves the order one, get another meal to take home. Lots of tables jammed in, so requests for particular seating when making reservations is a must. Our server was friendly, but very slow."

  • "We made an appointment for Maggiano's online which was an excellent and very easy to use system. Unfortunately, because of how busy Maggiano's was, couples that did not have reservations were told that the wait was an hour or more. I was thankful we made reservations in advance. We were there to celebrate my brother's 19th birthday (party of 5) and decided on the classic family style option. We order the mussels in white sauce (amazing, had four orders total!), mozzarella marinara (huge portions), and sausage and peppers (flavorful and soft). For our entrees we ordered the chicken saltimbocca, the country style pasta, sirloin steak, and salmon. All were excellent. We were so full and even was able to take home what we did not finish!"

  • "Atmosphere was wonderful, as always. Our party of 7 was treated well by our waiter, however, the good was not hot for about 3 of our entrees. I would return to this establishment again, but would suggest "sauce on the side" for my pasta entrees. The pasta and meat tastes were buried in a thick meat sauce."

  • "My wife and I enjoy eating here about 3-4 times a month and we love dining at Maggianos. This week we experienced a slight speed bump in my wife's meal, it tasted great but just wasn't prepared as ordered. They made the correction even though it took to try's. Unusual for Maggiannos but it did happen. They corrected the issue and discount my wife's meal by 50%. We will return next week but will be more careful when ordering. If you are sensitive to salt make sure you request "no salt". If you have not dined here I suggest to give it a try!"

  • "Too Noisy ! It was supposed to be a nice dinner with my son who came to visit, but we all said the same thing after my daughter- in-law asked if we thought the same thing. It was crowded but I believe the primary problem was we were seated near the waiter station. They were talking and clearing dishes. At one point a female waiter was scraping dishes and when I looked over she gave me a look. I might go back again but will not be seated be near any waiter stations or kitchen doors. Somewhat disappointed since we do have other options !"

  • "The server was fantasic we told her it was our 1 time being there asn she took time to explain the menu, suggest what wine we should order etc. The food was out of this world."

  • "This place has outstanding service and ambience. But above all is the food. These chefs take pride and delight in their food which is amazingly delicious. A party in your mouth. I cannot brag on this food enough."

  • "So we went to Maggiano's to meet my daughters new beau. The service was okay, the food was okay. The prices were way out of the park for what you get. $18 for linguini and white clam sauce, a la carte, is a bit much in my opinion. I would rather go to Espo's for better atmosphere, better service, better food and much better prices for what you get! I won't be coming back of my own volition!"

  • "The family style dinner is definitely the way to go at Maggiano's and reasonably priced. (Minimum of 4 people) You have your choice of appetizers/salads, entrees and desserts all served family style and all with multiple refills at no extra cost. Whatever you can't finish, you take home to eat over the next several days! Helpful hint: the fried zucchini appetizer is one of the best, but even better if you ask for "banquet style" (as served at weddings)"

  • "The food was absolutely amazing as usual, but the service was terrible. There were people at tables all around us getting angry trying to get their waiters attention. We had to wait 40 minutes just to get our bread that our server promised us 3 times and then told us he forgot."
    Dined on 3/30/2014
  • "We have eaten here several times, and each time the food and service was outstanding. The waiter/waitress was very knowledgeable of the dish, and a chef even came out to inform us that they don't use any peanut ingredients in any of the dish we ordered. I would recommend this place for any gathering you may have."

  • "The food as always was excellent and plentiful! Service was just a bit too attentive but excellent otherwise. You can beat the quantity of food for the money Sooo much food. Will be back soon!"

  • "We have only only been there 3 times and brag about it every single time!"

  • "The restaurant was very accommodating, relaxing and comfortable - our small group gathered in the bar to catch up and await everyone's arrival with plenty of flexibility for late arrivals - then we moved into the dining area where the service was very personal. The menu flexibility was perfect, the food from appetizer to desert was outstanding; chopped salad was a unique mix of ingredients with a lite dressing and meaty and tomato caprese drizzled with balsamic was delicious; great main dishes: chicken & spinach manicott w/cheese sauce but very filling and eggplant parmesan was thick with a light tomato sauce. We all loved the atmosphere, service and food and would highly recommend the restaurant to others."

  • "The rich decorations and high ceilings made us feel we were in quite the upscale establishment but the prices of food and wine were not extravagent. First time there and not sure what to expect forma chain italian place, Well one dish after the next proved to be delicious. I have allergies and often just go for a salad and pasta with oil but as soon as the waitress found out the chef came over and explained it all to me and made the alterations needed on my dish, Fantastic salad, zuchini and then salman entree. Thank you for a great night,"

  • "Maggiano's is always one of my favorite places to go. Being used to home-made Italian meals it's great to find a place that has traditional meals along with wonderful specials and interesting styles that make a trip out for Italian worth it. I go at least once a month if not more. I go with family, friends and it's always a top date night choice for my girlfriend. The wait staff is always on top of everything and I have never had an issue. Maggiano's is one of the few Italian restaurants that I actually crave going to. Every meal, salad (get the Chopped) and dessert I've had has always been great. You will not be disappointed."

  • "Very attentive and friendly service, but a little disappointed with the variety on the menu. This is obviously an Italian Chain restaurant and the Italian offerings left a lot to be desired. Kind of like a Chef Boyardee menu- but with my Mom's quality Italian cooking. Food was Very good and service impeccable- just wish the menu was a little more Upscale Italian- (authentic Italian.)"

  • "We were a dinner group of four. Our waiter was James who provided exceptional service. One guest has a food allergy who was surprisingly accommodated directly by the chef. The food, restaurant atmosphere service was exceptional."

  • "This was our second visit and it was a great disappointment. It was a long wait for a table and the food was not worth the wait. We were a party of 4. They seem to cater to larger parties and we felt like a bother. The host staff rushed to set up large parties and continually ran into myself or my daughter's chairs. We had asked to move to a booth. We were told it was reserved, yet no one sat there during our entire time there. A co-worker was dining at the same time and did not have the same experience, she was with a large party. We were hoping to have a Birthday surprise for our daughter, but that message didn't make to the server, so we took our entrees home, fixed them and had left overs the next night."
