That's one reason why we requested that she be our server. She told us that she swapped with somebody and didn't know we requested her until we showed up. We couldn't believe that it was four months ago that we were there last. Our friends and us discussed that we need to go back a lot sooner! The only problem we have is the noise level which is way to loud for us. First time here, I wasn't impressed but decided to give it another shot. So glad I did; Rico, Kathryn and Mark were awesome. From the minute I met Rico at the bar, I knew he loved his job. Kathryn, our server, was personable, knowledgeable about the menu and really warm and friendly. Mark, the manager, made it a point to visit all the tables in our area to be certain everything was as it should be. Maggiano's is definitely a place we will be frequenting often. The dessert I had was mini portion of tiramisu and apple crostata. They were both very good. Our server, Katherine was the best!!!
Paying the bill was an issue because the computer would not accept the email gift card. I later spoke to the manager who checked with the computer tech and it seems that there was a glitch in the system. It should be okay to use next time, but I need to be sure the manager is available.
