We found Maestro 2300 through Open Table when another restaurant we love was not available to book the other night. We think this place really does it all very well. Beautiful decor, attentive service and really nice food. Definitely a place we will return to. But do not be mislead by the $$ price indicated on OT. This is $50 per person and up (and worth it).

This just became our favorite restaurant in Auburn. We will definitely return during our next stay in the area. Loved the ambiance and everything we ordered. The Flat Iron steak was wonderful as was the Grouper and the Lamb Chops. When we mentioned to Miranda (our fabulous waitress) that one person in our party had multiple food allergies, she went and spoke with the Chef who then prepared a delicious custom entree for her. Not many restaurants are so accommodating. Don't skip the bread--it is so yummy. The service was impeccable. Our drinks never got below half empty before someone came by to refill them. Totally perfect dining experience!

If you can find a night where it isn't 100 degrees out or raining, this is a great place to enjoy outdoor dining. The food is fabulous if pricey and they have a good wine selection. Our friends from Michigan were very impressed.

After an almost year absence from Auburn, my family returned to Maestro and enjoyed a wonderful evening of dining and quiet conversation. The wine list was broad and selecting appropriate wines with the meal was helped by our waiter. The menu included a number of excellent choices and each of us was able to choose delicious entrees. Overall, it was another great meal experience at Maestro. We look forward to our next visit.

We have been dining at Maestro 2300 since we moved to Auburn 3.5 years ago. The food is always delicious and presented perfectly. The wine dinners are the best here - and the wine-walkabouts fun. My I had beef carpaccio as an appetizer - best ever. My husbad had a great anti-pasta and my daughter the chef salad. Two of us had duck (perfectly cooked medium rare, and one of us the scallop appetizer (enough for an entrée!. Desert - pot o crème!

The "Fig & Prosciutto Salad" was very fresh & tasty. Must try! The "Seared Black Grouper" was very well prepared, but the portion(small palm size) was way too small for the price. The coconut jasmine rice had a great flavor, just a little too soupy. The "Flat Iron Steak" was great. The beef was very tender & flavorful. Prompt service.

Maestro always has great food and great service but a limited menu. That just changed for the better! They have added more offerings to the appetizer part of the menu, delicious seafood dishs and salds along with a soup. The entree list is also varied in offerings. We have always enjoyed dining at Maestro and it just got even better.

Heard there was a new chef and her menu was AMAZING. Blown away by the sun dried tomato chicken...tender, flavorful, and the veggies were amazing as well. Everyone in our party really enjoyed their meal; the others got the duck and lamb. Definitely coming back for graduation dinner or birthday dinners. Staff was attentive and the atmosphere was sophisticated. Auburn's hidden gem for sure!

We were celebrating college graduation and had picked this restaurant because of a variety of menu choices for a large group. The menu had been shrunk to only four entree choices and two dessert choices. Also, the food seem to take a long time to be served, even though it appeared the majority of the restaurant was not occupied.

Took my husband, son and his partner midweek to dinner. We had the carpaccio and antipasto appetizers - both amazing and plated artfully, crispy duck, chicken marsala and lamb. The strawberry basil sorbet was beyond amazing and our server (Amber ?) was kind enough to create a way for us to take the remaining scoops home. 7 star meal.

This was our first time at Maestro 2300. My wife and I chose it to celebrate my 60th birthday with 2 other couples. It was a very pleasant evening. We were greeted warmly and our table was ready. We were offered drinks but no appetizers. The drinks were excellent. Everyone enjoyed their food, though I ordered lamb and was a bit disappointed that a $34 dinner only included four bones as I am a hearty eater. There was no dessert menu as apparently they were working with a new chef. I'm glad we went and will go back, but at there prices, not too often.

Read an article in our local paper about Maestro 2300 and decided to try it out. We were not disappointed. The food was very good and the service was as well. My spouse and I are the type that if we don't like the food or the service, we never revisit the restaurant. This one, we would definitely go back again. The restaurant does have a new chef, and is working on a new menu. We don't know whether what we had will be on the new menu or not, but we are looking forward to going back. Everything from the oysters, the mussels, and especially the grouper were very good, made with fresh ingredients. All was just so "yummy". And the agave margaritas with the fresh lime juice were excellent. Loved the atmosphere, the servers. Wonderful.

This was a good place for "the girls" to meet and enjoy good food and conversation. I must admit I was a bit annoyed by several spelling errors on a short menu! "Hericot vert" rather than "haricots verts" and "carotts" and finally "brussell sproguts!' Attention to detail is important if you are charging those kinds of prices and aiming to be upscale. Having gotten that off my chest, the food was good. I ordered carpaccio and it was delicious. The Valrhona chocolate dessert was smooth and rich. Servers seemed novice but pleasant. P.S. The website advertised half price appetizers and $3 margaritas on Wednesdays, but we were told that was only if we sat at the bar. There was no mention of that condition on the website under "specials."
