The New York Palace elevates Midtown Manhattan’s renowned culinary offerings with the seasonally inspired entrees and cocktails served in The Madison Room & Bar. This elegant restaurant and lounge is housed in the landmark Villard Mansion, a 19th Century historical gem offers a spectacular setting paired with innovative cuisine for a welcoming dining experience. Guests can enjoy favorites from the hotel’s Executive Chef James Staiano such as the Almond Croissant French Toast, or our New York Chicken Sandwich, and Steak Frites.
