Machete Tequila + TacosGreat Upscale Mexican FoodMachete is a restaurant I always try to get to when I am visiting Denver. The margarita's are strong and delicious and the tacos are fantastic. They have a wide variety of tacos and it is hard to pick a favorite or even to narrow down which ones to order. I tend to fall back on the mole taco or the pork taco with baked apples, but they are all so good. They are quite filling though, so while the 20 taco platter sounds awesome for four people, it is difficult to eat them all, even though you will make every effort to do so.5/6/2013 12:00:00 AM
