We took a little long with our appetizers so when the rack of lamb (especially) came, you could see the fat starting to solidify. My husband's sturgeon's sauce had a film over it (sitting too long under the heating lamp in the I think). I insisted having the rack of lamb redone cos of the fat and the meat was over cooked. The service was top-notch and they took care of me on a day that I wasn't feeling particularly well. The food was just incredible: a risotto that had a great balance of flavors with just enough acid, a steak cooked to a perfect medium rare with a sauce that helps it be better, with out stealing the show itself.
