We always have cocktails and /or wine at the bar, the bartenders have always been very pleasant and accommadating. After cocktails we are seated in the dinning rooms by a friendly hostess. Shortly afterward our server introduces herself and from that introduction the service is excellent from beverages to desert. The food has always been excellant and has exceeded our expectations. We find you can always have a conversation at your table without screaming, which is pleasent and lacking in most other restaurants & with a great view. We are year round Naples residents, and also bring out of town guests for dinner at M Waterfront. Highly important to me was that we did not feel rushed and the spacing between courses was very nice.

The freshness of the food (organics) was outstanding as was the menu. The wine was extremely over priced but, considering the area the restaurant is located in one would expect that. The wait staff did an excellent job. My only complaint is that our appetizer came out almost immediately as did our dinner. Poor timing as we felt rushed and could not enjoy the expensive wine we ordered or the ambience of the water. The food was outstanding so of course one would need to eat while the food is hot. Despite being full (and quite noisy), the service was relatively good, if a bit leisurely (which I think is de rigeur at this restaurant). My server had another person take part of my order ... he was very apologetic. I appreciated that someone else had come to take my order as opposed to being kept waiting.
Food was excellent. There was a slight glaze on the entree's sauce, but this is just a minor quibble. The preparation of escargot is truly unconventional (and recommended).
