A manager always comes by to say "hi". The service sometimes slacks. I usually go in late so maybe that has something to do with that. The happy hour is a great value. My fiancee and I usually pair our favorite dish, the macaroni and cheese, with another (in this case, vegetable risotto and pepperoni pizza; we were a party of four). We haven't tried anything on the menu, but we've been here three or four times and such is our esteem of the place that we suspect that it's all reliably good. Our server was awesome, super fun and attentive. The music was great too, but just a little loud if you have more than two.
