Established in 2003 and under new ownership since March 2013, Luna Park is proud to be one of LA's' true neighborhood gems, with casually hip decor, a lively bar scene, and delicious moderately-priced cuisine. The menu, mostly American w/ French and Italian accents, features delicious ingredients presented in a way that is comforting and nourishing to the soul. We are proud to use locally sourced ingredients as much as possible, and our menu features a variety of gluten free and vegetarian friendly choices.

Luna Park is open for lunch daily and dinner nightly, with Happy Hour from 4 to 7pm weekdays and Late Nite Friday and Saturdays 10-11:30 PM 1/2 off drinks and pizzas.

We look forward to seeing you here soon!

Diner Reviews
  • "Great value on meal. Staff friendly. Restaurant was busy so service was slow but on a Sunday night I had the time!"

  • "After a long debate as to where I should have my bday brunch at, I am glad I stumbled on Luna Park! First of all, I had a large group of 10, which is already difficult to accommodate. I wanted somewhere with good food & bottomless mimosas as well. This place was perfect from food, quality, price point, and service! My group ran on Filipino time, I mean real Filipino time. Most places give up your reservation, but luckily Luna park did not. I showed up 10 min passed my reservation time, but they were kind enough to seat us even though my entire group wasn't there. So, as my group trickled in, lol, we started off with bottomless mimosas and sangrias! I would definitely come back!!"

  • "Appreciated that when the owner mistakenly told us it was Happy Hour till 7 on Saturday (Normally 6) he still honored it. Very nice! Although we would have been fine to pay full price. Don't forget to always tip on the full amount people!"

  • "My friend and I went there for the DineLA menu. Cheese fondue and DIY s'mores were quite fun to share. Tuna poke was kinda amazing. Pork cutlet was overcooked, but the manager (I guess) gave us a discount for that. Generally we had a great time. Will definitely go back."

  • "Service was very slow, we were there for almost 20 mins before a server came over. To help us. Was ok. May not recommend again, I've been there 3-4 times before but this was the worst."
    Dined on 7/18/2014
  • "The DineLA menu is great! They won't let you couple it with the Happy Hour stuff, and it took FOREVER for our server to check in with us after the hostess sat us, but at least the food was great~!"

  • "Charming with great food! Great place to hang out with friends."

  • "I always enjoy Luna Park, particularly during Dine LA. If you haven't tried it - this is the best way to get a great sample of their fantastic menu. The Ahi Tuna Poke appetizer was amazing as usual, the salmon was just the best thing I had and of course the s'mores dessert was fantastic!"

  • "Coco vin was good but not great. It should be better than that for the price. I was hoping to be wowed."

  • "It was good. I had the lamb special with fig. The fries were great."

  • "This is one of the gems of the Miracle Mile area, serving really high quality food. I recommend the pork cutlet and the pizzas for those who are fans. Their smores desert is out of this world good too."

  • "This place is nice enough for a local lunch. Nothing spectacular. Salad was a bit small. Service was desultory."

  • "The people were nice, the table was great but I was sooo bummed because they forgot to bring my husband his birthday cake. They completely forgot after I explicitly requested for them to do something special. I was just really sad"

  • "A great place to go with a significant other. Nice ambience, wonderful service, delicious food. Though, avoid pepperoni pizza (too oily). The ginger beer cocktail is delish. "

  • "I've been to Luna Park before and find the food to be very good. The only issue we encountered was a long wait for the food and our server seemed to disappear at times. But like I said the overall the experience was good as was the food."

  • "Came here for quick dinner before concert at The Wiltern. Highly recommend!!! Need close by alternative that takes you off Wilshire. SERVICE - fast and professional - arrived at 7pm and was out door at 735pm. Nice peeps! FOOD - Amazing. Ordered a number of yummy appetizers and wine! Highly recommend. "

  • "I took up Luna Park on their 50% food discount offer, but did not realize that would mean there would be half portions. Not at all what would bring me back."

  • "Luna Park is our new favorite restaurant in LA. The food is DELISH, the service is attendant, yet not intrusive, and it has a very cool bohemian vibe. People are always happy here. Oh, oh, and don't even get me started about Happy Hour -- BEST Happy Hour in LA!"

  • "Food, ambience & attitude really good. Service - bad on this day and not crowded. I had to ask for everything twice?? Annoying - but I will try again"

  • " We went for Mother's Day brunch. the food and service was great, with one issue. there was a small fire in the kitchen that we felt and heard when it exploded. Everyone ran toward the door, but quickly realized it was fine. My issue was that management just disappeared and didn't apologize to the patrons or anything. Ore waited was nice, but the management should have acknowledged the situation at least to us. "

  • "I liked it. I had the boneless rib and it was really good. Also ordered the gnocchi as an appetizer and could have that as a meal. The staff was extremely friendly and moved us to a booth. I will go back and hope it gets more traffic"

  • "We absolutely love Luna Park and continually make it our choice for dining. The food is just fabulous and the specials are always spectacular. This week's special was a lamb tenderloin that was absolutely delicious. The au gratin potatoes were the best we have ever tasted! There is always special detail to the ingredients at Luna Park. I always feel like I'm dining in my favorite restaurant in Paris, because the food is so wonderful! The owners are European, so it could definitely be an influence. The service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is delightful! I would highly recommend this restaurant to all!"

  • "A friend and I dined at Luna Park before an event downtown. I will be back but there were a few glaring errors. Even though I had it on the table the entire dining experience, our server never mentioned that gift certificates weren't valid with happy hour. We had ordered enough non-happy hour items but they still wouldn't honor it. We also had issues with the Mac & Cheese..It was lacking salt, any toasting/browning and that nice cheesy flavor. Instead was a bland thin cheesy sauce and big stalks of broccoli. Not a good deal for the price. The drinks were tasty, although one was unexpectedly spicy and the server noted "who's bartending tonight? Oh, it's so-and-so, she always messes up." Try the proscuitto/burrata and goat cheese fondue! "

  • "Always a memorable experience, always consistent with service, quality and I always feel so welcome. Make it a point to try the brunch, you won't regret it!!"

  • "My wife and I decided to try Luna Park to celebrate our wedding anniversary and decided to bring our 3 year old along. It worked out perfectly. When we got there, the hostess congratulated us on our anniversary and sat us at one of their very cool, private-feeling booths. Our son loved it! The opening can be closed off with drapes, so we didn't need to feel embarrassed when we broke out the iPad for our son. The food was delicious. We had the goat cheese fondue (and will be trying to duplicate that dish at home), the roasted cauliflower, and the veggie pizza (we added mozzarella cheese to the vegan pizza). My son couldn't get enough of the short rib. Would love to come back soon!"

  • "My husband and I came for dinner after a matinee of "The Book of Mormon". We made a reservation on Open Table and they had a private booth (with curtains!) waiting. The food was great, as was the service. We had the prix fixe meal and had gotten there early enough to have 2 for 1 drinks (till 6 on Saturdays), which was a nice surprise. The food was AMAZING! For dessert, get the fried apple pie. Yum. The only issue we had was the terrible traffic on LaBrea, since there was Metro construction at the intersection of LaBrea and Wilshire and had LaBrea down to two lanes. Most of the street parking was restricted due to CiclaVia happening the next morning, but then we found the free Metro lot across the street We will be back!"

  • "The service was wonderful, although we started with this great guy as our waiter then he left early and this woman took over. She didn't check in on us as much as the guy. My experience there still was good, and I would definitely come back. I wish the guy could have stayed the entire time, but I still enjoyed Luna Park."
