Luna BluQuaint setting, delicious foodThis is a very small restaurant but surprisingly not busy on a Friday night. Scallops appetizers were great with polenta cooked perfectly. Our entrees were delicious and filling. Service was superb. Only drawbacks were no beers on tap, poor selection of beer, wine list was adequate but the by the glass selections thin. The Malbec lacked depth and there was no other option for dry reds.6/14/2013 12:00:00 AMFabulous Evening - with a hitchOn the plus side: Luna Blu serves great food in a small, intimate setting. Their wine list, although not huge, is top notch. We invited another couple to celebrate our anniversary here, and we all had a great time and an unhurried, leisurely dinner.
On the negative side: One person at our table ordered the rock fish, which was not good. To the credit of our server, though, the meal was replaced quickly with another entree, and this one was very good. The weather outside was a bit cool but the air conditioning was still on, placing our table in a cool draft, requiring sweaters and jackets.

Every menu says their food and chef is above the average, but in Luna Blu's case, this was true! The food was scrumptious, service was great, surroundings were interesting and fun (we sat in the window table). Couldn't have been a better evening. We had an appetizer, one of the evenings specials and a pasta from the regular menu, and dessert. We were delighted with everything from the bread to the Zabaglione. The atmosphere was cozy and bright and the sound was good for a quiet conversation. Service is attentive and friendly. Prices are reasonable and the specials are a bargain.
