The service is excellent all around; my guest and I were seated quickly during a busy lunch hour and the server was polite and knowledgeable of the menu. My sister had the veal picatta and I had the branzino, both were excellent. The wine menu was also very extensive. The dining room is very spacious and they are able to cater to large parties, so I would definitely recommend checking out the restaurant for special occasions."

  • ""We loved the attention we received from the moment we entered, from the smiling hostess to the wait staff. I definitely would return to try more of the menu. The caprizie with the fresh mutz was excellent. The fried artichoke was tasty but a little dry & chewy. My wife had the branzino which was cooked to perfection, tasty & plentiful. One of the best she's ever had. Me being a pasta lover had the pesto pasta with schrimp, was very good. We had a bottle of red wine which was served a little to warm. Red wine should be served around 55-60 degrees. All considered this could be one of my go to restaurants when in NY."

  • "For a quick Italian lunch at Penn Plaza - this is a great place to go. I had a lunch reservation and was greeted and seated immediately. The service was fast and friendly. Had a wonderfully prepared striped bass for lunch, followed by a double espresso. Only downside is that it was a bit too loud in the space - a business lunch may be a bit tricky."

Had the highest ratings of anyplace nearby that had a 100+ reviews. It was very loud, & the crowd added a welcome level of energy to the place. I was with a group of four so we weren't trying to have a "romantic" night out so the high noise level wasn't an issue. Though we had a reservation we did have to wait 15 mins or so, but it was busy & the manager was attentive, keeping us updated as to our wait. Food was great, service good. def a recommend & will be back! If you dont like noise b wary, but you can't beat the location if you're doing The Garden after."

I reiterate, the food is good - I love their scallops and ravioli dishes, their desserts are delicious and their drink menu offers a wonderful selection, but the service is very hit or miss. The hostess and manager were great, but the servers this visit seemed so annoyed. At this point I think my standards are just too high since I was once a server. It's a busy hot spot so maybe they were just not having a good day, but I will continue to highly recommend it and visit myself. No one can keep me away from their tiramisu or cheesecake!"

Great location next to the Garden makes this a regular spot for any events there. Service is efficient and friendly right from the greeting by the hostesses to the servers. Solid bar scene and good snack menus with tapas and fresh pizzas."

  • "The ambiance is nice. Its a large open space with big tables. Between fancy and casual so you would fit in in jeans or a cocktail dress. It is cheap for being in NYC. The most expensive meal is only $29. We shared few small plates. Im so happy we did because we got to try a bunch of different things- all of which were fantastic. The beet salad is phenomenal, the ceasar salad was good- nothing exceptional. The meatballs were amazing. Each order comes with 2 baseball-sized meatballs- definitely enough to split between 2-4 people. The gnocchi alla romano was unlike any gnocchi I have ever had. Large half-moon shaped, little crispy on the outside. The truffle sauce was thick and creamy and delicious! I cant wait to go back again!"
