  • "Had a really good experience. Service and food was very good."

  • "Very disappointed in the food. Ribeye was extremely fatty and tough. Salmon salad had wilted lettuce. Our waitress was great. It's been years since my family and I had been to luckys. I doubt I will come back."

  • "When we got there, we were taken right to our table! Waiter was good with his service! Food was awesome! Couldn't fit in Dessert but it sounded good!"

  • "I've been hearing a lot of wonderful things about Lucky 32 from the guys at work and had to stop by and see for myself and everything I'd heard was correct. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience."

  • "Menu is limited and food lacked flavor. Portion small for the money. Many better choices for dinner in the area."
    Dined on 8/14/2014
  • "I ordered the stew and it was just over priced Campbell's soup with a smaller can. The flavor was OK at best, not worth the money at all. Im not overweight at all, I'm a fit person with an lower than average appetite and I had to go somewhere to eat more. Will not be back, warning my friends. Beers selections were ok, the stout was awesome!"

  • "Great experience as always! The southern menu of Lucky 32 is always a winner with friends who have traveled to visit as the preparation is always upscale and with a spin. Our table enjoyed the salmon, lamb with johnny cakes, fried green tomatoes, and sweet potato hushpupplies with rave reviews. Lucky 32 continues to be a great place for a Sunday brunch or a social location for dinner with co-workers or friends. Highly recommended."

  • "We usually have good experiences in this restaurant and I make my family eat here regularly, but I ordered a special based on a photo of the dish and didn't recieve anything like the photo. Instead of the mounds of ricotta the photo showed, there was maybe a tablespoon sprinkled on top. When I asked for more, I was given a tablespoon more and then the restaurant wanted to charge me for it. Considering that I was paying an entree price for white rice, half a zucchini, and the ricotta cheese, I was shocked they were so stingy with it. What was I paying for? Especially considering the same photo with tons of ricotta showed much more zucchini. If photos are used for advertising, it's only fair to serve what is shown. Left a bad feeling."

  • "This is one of our favorite restaurants but even though we are regulars we also like to celebrate special occasions here. We love the changing seasonal menus and also that you get to pick which side dishes you want with your main course. It omits the need for the sometimes awarkwardness of having to ask for substitutions to your order. My wife and I have never been disappointed with a meal at Lucky 32!"

  • "As always, we had a wonderful time at Lucky 32. I am dealing with some physical challenges with my movement and presently require a walker. The wait staff was very helpful guiding me to my table and storing the walker while we ate. I was grateful."

  • "nice menu of southern treats; a little too much oil when frying however the flavors were good."
    Dined on 8/3/2014
  • "We sat on the patio, and this is the 2nd time this summer that the music was too loud. I also find it too loud inside. Don't know what nice restuarants like yours find it necessary to play music so loud."

  • "Love this place. Best people .. Ask for Eric best server."

  • "Excellent food and service! Quaint outdoor dining patio. Will return again, was not disappointed with anything. Great place to dine in a relaxing atmosphere."

  • "Wife had Kentucky ribeye which was tender, well flavored & could stand up to any of the great steak houses, but the special treat was the farm raised catfish (locally grown) with kale/beans side & grits bread (which was great). The chef was born & trained in La which explains why the food was so good. Bring home some of the vodoo sauce! Trust me !!!!"

  • "Lucky 32 is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious, the service is great and the value is excellent. It can be chosen as a casual spot or as a go to for a special occasion. We often done in the bar area, which has numerous booths and tables, because we're feeling "casual" and enjoy the ambience of the bar."

  • "It was my family's first time in Greensboro and we were trying to figure out where to eat. All trip advising sites had Lucky 32 at or near the top. So we decided to check it out and see what was all the hype. When we got there, we were amazed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although we were late to our reservation, we were still seated right away. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the waiters were punctual. Of course we need to mention the food, to of which was just as exmamplary as everything else. I ordered the hamburger steak, and despite as simple of a dish it might sound, it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!"

  • "We have been at Lucky 32's many times and the food is always excellent and the service is great. I usually get the salmon or some kind of fish and my wife gets a variety of different dishes. This night she got the black bean cakes and I had the salmon. We both loved our meals. As for the service, we always ask for Peggy who treats us great. Also what we like about Lucky 32's is that they do have seasonal dishes. Highly recommend folks to try Lucky 32's."

  • "People like me wont like this place, too much fry stuff, too much fat redneck old rich people . For me it's disgusting and awful ! Sorry ,but European healthy eaters avoid it!"

  • "We went for the Tuesday Night Fried Chicken dinner and live music in the bar. Both were fantastic. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and delicious. Really loved the band."

  • "I have and will continue to recommend Lucky 32 but on this night the food was late coming out and cold...salmon salad, crab cakes and both sides again cold. The good news is the desert was exceptional and saved the meal. Sitting outside is great but you lose a little of the good quality with delivery."

  • "Once again the seasonal menu was fantastic! Taking advantage of the cooler evening we dined alfresco. A wonderful dining experience!"

  • "The food was awesome but on Sunday this place is so busy it took 45 minutes for the food to make it to the table. Not so great if you're starving or dont like your company."

  • "I met some friends for brunch and had a wonderful time. Each of us got something different and we loved what we had. I thought about the vegetarian omelette all day. it was amazing. It was cooked to perfection: eggs nice and fluffy but not runny or dry - just perfect and there were great big chunks of avocado, which was scrumptious. The service was excellent. I drink a lot of water and my glass was never empty. Can't wait to go back."

  • "Great Southern cuisine at a reasonable price! I bought two jars of voodoo sauce to take home with me. Don't know what voodoo sauce is? Go there and find out. Restaurants in Raleigh and Cary, NC and worth the trip. It was my second time there and the second time was better than the first"

  • "The food at this restaurant was wonderful and unique. Everything we ordered was delicious. The ambience was lovely and the service was fantastic. Our waiter was Dennis, and he was superb. He was on top of everything. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. We particularly enjoyed the uniqueness of the food choices."

  • "We took out of town family here and were embarassed and disappointed with the food. This used to be one of our favorites but something has happened and it is doubtful we will return. In fairness, it was a holiday weekend and perhaps the chef was away, but I don't really consider that a valid excuse. However, the outdoor dining space is wonderful for foliage blocks street noise, large ceiling fans keep the air moving without drafts, and the noise isn't bad. If only the pork chop, meatloaf and other entrees were as enjoyable."

  • "I wasn't, that good mostly rice and a bit pricy It just didn't even come to what I expected, It's no wonder that you had to close thw one in Winston Salem"

  • "Great food and service with a modern Soutern flair."

  • "We had a couple friends come in from out of town and they were impressed by the quality of the food for the price and absolutely enjoyed the restaurant as a whole. The pork loin was cooked perfectly, not dry like I usually find with restaurant cooked pork. The deviled eggs side dish was delicious. This is a definitely a go to for an economic and delicious taste of Greensboro!"

  • "How can you destroy shrimp and grits? The first thing you do is you overcook the shrimp so that the are chewy and tasteless. Then you make a soup with says ave and tomates and some grave and you put some grits in the middle making it an ugly dish. Had the jambalaya a few weeks ago. It was horrendous."

  • "I've eaten here a number of times over the years and was pleased to return with a friend from New York to enjoy the 25th anniversary menu. We began with Southern Popcorn--buttermilk & cornmeal/flour dredged, deep-fried okra with a buttermilk dressing. My friend couldn't believe it was okra! She had the shrimp and grits, I had the crab cakes--three!--with corn pudding and the most delicious collards I've had since Momma's. What I love here is the distinctive Southern-inspired but open-to-invention menu; its upscale but never snooty atmosphere; its welcoming, come-as-you-are vibe; its Southern soundtrack that sets the tone w/o intruding. We dined alongside couples, extended family groups, and young families with kids in high chairs."

  • "Great variety of entrees. Most entrees included choices of 2 or three sides that were wonderful. Kale and beans - yum! Other greens offered as choices too. Beef stew was reported as a bit too salty but other dishes were spiced just right. Outside dining patio was wonderful on a nice night."

  • "I've been eating at Lucky's several times a year since it opened in 1989. The food and service have remained consistently good, and for my wife and me, Lucky 32 and its sister restaurant Print Works Grill remain our primary go-to options. As I age, I sometimes find the background noise (music) a bit of an issue when I'm trying to have a conversation, and the blue-cheese salad dressing is still too runny, but those are my only complaints."
