Lucile'sMothers Day BrunchWe took our mom for Mother's Day. They don't have brunch but offer a wide variety of breakfast items late in the day. The room is open and somewhat noisy. The service was excellent. Coffee was good and hot. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My brother had the chicken fried steak and said it was great. Took half home. We had reservations and we were taken to a table the minute we checked in. My husband loved it! Bypassed the long wait line. The food was great, spinach and crab omelet was recommended by the waitress and it was fantastic . Cheese grits great! My husband had the German pancake and it was delicious . Definitely a place to have brunch. We hadn't been to this restaurant in a while. We both had the chicken-fried steak, large pieces of steak, nicely crisped with creamy gravy. We also had the bread pudding dessert.
