We took a flyer on this place, as it is quite new, and, boy, did it pay off. The bar turns out some startling drinks (my Boulevard of Lucid Dreams--a Manhattan on steroids--was served in a glass that had been immersed in liquid nitrogen). Warning, though: Drinks take awhile to make and, oddly, they didn't serve a simple glass of wine until all were ready. Oysters to start with fresh horseradish and a perfect mignonette. Entree choices are limited and of the season, but all were excellent. Simple but excellent desserts. And a real treat...for $15,your choice of three among the very impressive whiskies, a half ounce each, served in beautiful stem glasses with the bottles on a silver tray, with a very informative history from the waiter.
