Wife liked the seared tuna, I had linguine Luciana, which was quite good, and the linguine was al dente as requested. In fact this is the second year in a row that we celebrated with a dinner at Lucianas. Jose was our waiter and he is excellent. Friendly, happy, and always on the spot. Without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant in Dana Point. My wife stated that is was best salmon she had ever had. I tasted it, and she was right. The Caprese salad was big enough for two and I had the Pollo Florentine. Very good. The wait staff knows the food and the wine, their service has been very professional. We thought that both were excellent. We shared a Caesar salad that we thought was very good...not great. We were disappointed with the bread which was soft (not crusty, as we had hoped) and served cold.The bar was very, very, very noisy and very crowded. I am sure that the people in there were having a great time but I though that their noise made our dining room too noisy for a relaxing dinner.
