We've been here and the food was good, no so much time. The waitress recommended we try the Ahi Tartare. It was less like Tartare more like a deconstructed tuna roll. The pieces of cucumber, carrot and other ingredients were way to big. The presentation was awkward, it's mixed table side or rather, on your table. Caesar salad dressing was watered down and had too much anchovy if that's possible. The ribs were dry BUT the steak au poivre was really good. The service was spotty at best and there was an extra drink added to our bill. Needless to say we won't be back.

good service, decent food, nothing memorable except the crispy poached egg; apps: beet salad and brandade seemed pre-made rather than freshly made to order; dinner: mussels were slightly off, and risotto featured the egg, which was highlight of meal. Good wine menu with some value, we passed on desserts...

The food and wine taste great. The server knows well about their menu and how the food is cooked. The inside seems to be packed, and I felt the table was so small and set up close to the next tables.

We have been going to Cafe Pierre for years - love the sweetbreads which are so hard to find.

Victor, the matre'd is the best. And JP makes a great drink. If only the rest of the place could keep up...

The food is a really great creative fusion of different styles from French, Italian, and North African influences (Morrocoo). I have been there several times and always look forward to returning. I would recommend. Only real down side sometimes the table seating can be a touch on the cramped side.
