Lou and Mickeys it's always good food! The staff treat you like royalty and place out self is like a throwback to a really classy old steakhouse. Everytime I dine there I feel like I'm transported back to the 40's! This particular night out was my husbands birthday and I'm so glad we decided to spend it here. It's pricy, but worth it! The giant crab claws are to die for!

We took new clients there as it was convenient to the convention center. We were seated promptly and didn't receive any service (water, anything) for over 25 minutes! This was after I asked (I'm a female) & our guest (a male) got up to get help. The manager came over & profusely apologized & said he would take care of us from then on. He got our beverages & our order and we didn't see him again for at least another 25 minutes. The food was okay - i had asked for a Caesar Salad with anchoives & did not get the anchoives. Would not go there again. My co-worker had two more experiences there the next two days. One with good service one with terrible service again. For tradeshow week it wasn't overly crowded.

We went there for the first time 9 years ago. We got the chance finally to return yesterday and it was just as good as we remembered. Worth the wait, worth the money, worth every bit of it!! LOVE IT!!

The food was great, My wife and I shared a ribeye steak.I arrived on time and was cooked to perfection. We had a single side which was also cooked perfect. I our table was perfectly situated. The steak was a little pricey. There was no corkage fee, which we took advantage of.

Top notch food, server was nice but not as classy as the food. This is the kind of place I'd expect to have a server who has a standout personality. She was very nice but not as classy as the food. Also they didn't have ginger beer so they couldn't make certain cocktails.
