"The hostess could not find the reservation made through Open Table. They still sat us down, however, it was significantly understaffed. I ordered a glass of white wine but their cooler was not working so they gave it to me at room temperature. That was very strange for a restaurant. They did not charge me for the wine but they brought ice. The dish was not good but my companion enjoyed it. My dish was a shrimp salad floating in a super spicy sauce which killed all the salad components. The amount of this sauce was excessive overpowering the dish completely."

"The food was okay. Service was bad. Had to keep asking waiter over and over for things. He forgot the crushed peanuts and rice with my meal. The chocolate cake dessert was unavailable even though our reservation was at 6:30! Won't be going back. Too many great choices of restaurants to choose from in NYC!"

"The food was better quality than your average NYC Thai place but the service was terrible. 15 minutes before our server came over to our table, 50 minutes to get our main dishes, 10 minutes waiting to ask for the check."
