This was our first visit to Lot No. 3 and we would definitely go back. Great mix of people. Terrific list of different wines to try (including flights). Food was certainly above average. My wife and I and our almost 4 yo daughter had a 6:45 reservation on a Friday night. We were about 10 minutes early, but were seated right away. We spent 1.5 hrs eating...which is a bit longer than our average, but it was our choice. The service was great...we hung around because we wanted to and our daughter was enjoying herself. They have a kids menu, but there weren't any other kids in there...but we didn't feel out of place. The restaurant is loud, but not ridiculously loud...just a lot of energy. The staff was super...attentive and very friendly. Going out with small children is always a bit like rolling the dice. We enjoyed ourselves and didn't feel awkward with a young child...the place just makes you feel comfortable. We'll go back.

We were taken to our table exactly on time eventhough it was a busy Friday night. We had a lovely low table with comfy arm chairs that made us feel like we were sitting in a cozy lounge. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and the drinks were amazing served in a fun mason jar. Our waitress was fantastic. She was efficient, friendly and fun. We were celebrating a friends birthday and none of us had ever been there before but we will all be back soon!

We met with a friend for brunch and "where to go" is always the issue...and Lot 3 was a great choice for a return visit. Great brunch option without having to cross the bridge to Seattle. Excellent Bloody Mary options, great brunch choices that fit most appetites and even a ample list of sides. It was obvious that others had our same thinking as the place was understandably packed....reservations were a great savior thanks to Open Table.

We have been to Lot 3 many times but the last 2 visits have been less than good. I used to like their special Grilled Cheese Sandwich with Carmelized Onions but the last 2 times I have ordered it they forgot the onions and there was hardly enough cheese to hold the slices of bread together. I think someone needs to look closely at what is coming out of the kitchen as the quality of food is not acceptable

the food was good and the service attentive. try the portabello ruben for brunch. highly recommended! the atmosphere when we went was a bit crowded and rowdy... they cater to the football crowd when games are on, i think it might be a bit less sports-barish in the evenings, though.

The overall experience at Lot No 3 was fair. The Bloody Mary list was quite extensive and overall great. The Cinnamon roll was out of this world. A few negative points were the hollandaise sauce on the Eggs Benedict and Pork Belly Benedict. The sauce was far too salty and overpowering.

3 out of 4 of us had the Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup - SO good. It was a LOT of food, 2 of us could have shared a plate - but very tasty. The grilled cheese has carmalized onions on it and Beechers Cheese - can't go wrong! I had the side salad - a little heavy on the red onions but easy to pick out! I would definitely have that again!

Lot No. 3 has done a great job over the last couple of months to expand their craft beer selection, specifically carrying more popular locals beers along with rotating new beers in regularly. They have always had an amazing cocktail selection and now their beer portfolio is strong. Their food has been the backbone of why I come back regularly and my favorites are Chicken & Waffles, Stuffed Bison Burger and Crispy Chicken Sandwich but don't think that their other selections are just OK, every item is top notch and served to perfection. This is a great spot to grab drinks or a meal with friends after work. Wish they had a location in Seattle.

The atmosphere is great. Exposed brick wall, rusty metal, old wood. Nice loft area, and sitting area with couches. The dining area is a bit small and the tables are very close together. Don't expect any private conversations. Small bar area. Lot No. 3 is more of a place for drinks after work, not necessarily a dining destination. Purple next door, which is connected, is for more dining. Chocolate caramel pretzel's are to die for. Take a 3 pack home. Yum.

Loved the selection of whiskeys -- tried some Japanese and Irish this time, and look forward to hitting the bourbons next time. At first glance, the food looks like a nice selection of bar food and some more substantial meals, but the details show that everything is creative and often uses high-end ingredients. As a result, the prices are a bit higher than "normal", but nothing unreasonable.

I had never experienced this restaurant before so I thought it would be interesting to try a new spot. I met two very tall gentleman for a business lunch meeting and it was very uncomfortable for them as all the seating is very low and the tables are coffee table height. My lunch guests did not complain but I felt like I should hold my plate up to my chin to keep from dropping food in my lap. I probably won't return; maybe ok for a drink but not a business lunch.

Overall the experience was like any other place. Food was tasty, but very expensive for the portion size. I know our society has adopted a quantity over quality mentality, but I did not see the value for the price. For example, $4.50 for a single slider that was 2.5-3 inches round with peanut butter, jelly, and a half piece of bacon...my friend decided to have 2. $9.00 could have easily bought her a full burger at a place like 8oz burger bar! Just saying.

Went here for a date on Friday night, and from now on I'm going to avoid this place when it's busy. First of all, it was very loud and very crowded. We were seated in the upstairs portion and it looked like they had crammed in extra tables (I bumped my head on a light fixture that looked like it should have been aligned with a table). We were practically on top of the parties next to us, and it was difficult to hear each other over the background noise. My country fried chicken was overcooked and dry. The jalapeno gravy was practically nonexistent. Her Mac & Cheese may have been better, but she didn't seem all that impressed.

Tried Lot No. 3 for my wife's birthday. Group of four immediately seated with a reservation for a Friday night. WOW is all I can say about the drink menu...you name it they had!!! Food was excellent...Bison Burger, Rueben, and Philly all hit the spot. Topped off with berry dessert and chocolate cake we were all stuffed. It was loud but we were able to watch the Hawk game on the big screen so everything was good.

The food here is just great -- a very eclectic mix on existing favorites, if a bit heavy on the bacon. The local beer list is also phenomenal: rather than having the usual suspects, Lot No. 3 has beer from very small breweries located around the region. My only negative is the service. We were there on a Sat night; the place was packed. I counted 3 waiters/waitresses trying to handle the entire restaurant, plus a single bus boy. They did an admirable job, but couldn't keep up. Interestingly, the manager did absolutely nothing to help. I watched as he would go from one computer to another, walk around the restaurant, stand around, and so on -- even when it was clear that people had been waiting just to get their drink orders taken.

The drinks and appetizer (caprese poutine) were great but the entrees left much to be desired; my boyfriend didn't even like his sandwich enough to finish it and my chicken was dry. The spice cake was good, great presentation. Overall, it was just an okay meal and we will probably not be returning.

As much as I love their beer selection and fun food, like the warm pretzel with dipping sauces, I have to say that the little salted pretzel caramels that they have for dessert make me want to go there just to buy a bunch of those in a box. They're unbelievable and I we have a lot of good choices for chocolate around Seattle. These stand out as some of the best I've ever had. They're the right combination of dark chocolate, sweetness, chewiness, crunchiness and saltiness. I can't stop thinking about them.

I had a group of 4 go for brunch on Sunday morning at 9. We were sat in a corner booth that was covered in crumbs. The hostess just watched as I grabbed a napkin and had to wipe down the seats. When I saw how dirty the table was I asked her for some help. The top of the booth seats were covered in dust and oj was served in a cracked glass. I will go back because I had the best bacon scramble ever. Everyone in my group loved their meals. OJ was delicous and reasonably priced for once. The food more than made up for the dirtiness which is rare. I probably wouldn't get reservations again right at opening so they have time to clean from the night before.

Lot 3 provides a relaxing yet surprisingly hip backdrop for a comfort food, casual eats sort of place. I went with two teenagers who are experienced travelers, and they were suitably impressed with the environs. We were seated in comfortable, low slung, leather club chairs around a cocktail-like table in the loft. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. When I asked questions about a particular local wine with which I was unfamiliar, he offered me a taste which was a pleasant surprise. All our dishes were quite good with good portions. The goat cheese toast had a lovely presentation but the bread wasn't toasted. Tasty but texturally disappointing. A place for drinks and snacks. Think upscale pub food both in quality and presentation.
