Lot No. 3 combines comfort food, classic cocktails, and craft brews in a vintage-industrial inspired space.

We serve everything from snacks like housemade kettle chips with sweet onion dip and our famous "plate o' bacon" to chicken and waffles and desserts including the spiced jar cake with maple glaze.

Our cocktail and spirits program has been recognized as one of the strongest in the Puget Sound.

At Lot No. 3 our focus is on classic cocktails and craft brews. We have six beers on tap, fifty plus by the bottle, as well as over one hundred spirits.

  • "I will cut right to the chase. I chose this restaurant because it was supposedly part of the Seattle Restaurant Week deal that runs every year and since it is part of the Purple ownership group I thought what could go wrong. Food is definitely delightful versions of common comfort foods. I enjoyed everything that was put in front of me. The service initially (the hostess) was good and the server started out the meal being attentive but by the time the check came, I had to wait 10 minutes for her to come back around. Also, the fine print of their participation showed that they weren't really doing lunch at all on the special menu because 90% of the day was blocked out. Why bother?"

  • "I enjoy this place and it is always reliable. Had the Reuben classic sandwich. I am always looking for a good one that I can reheat half of the sandwich the next day and this one met that rule. It had great flavors. Bread was not soggy. My friend had the chicken and waffles. He loved it. I had a taste of the chicken and it was seasoned well. Total comfort food meal. Other foods we've had before are the grilled cheese, pulled pork, mac and cheese, dip and chips, bacon, and more.... We are never disappointed. The server was always checking on us. Though we always wonder how we can sit up stairs. We never get to. :)"

Great service with server special ordering the chicken and waffles for brunch even though it wasn't on the brunch menu. Pork belly egg benedict was good as well. Great atmosphere. Looked busy so we're glad we got a reservation for brunch."

  • "We really enjoyed Lot No. 3! We were looking for something different; outside our normal chain restaurant experience. We found it! The atmosphere is really cool and the food was delicious! Some great comfort food as well as fun twists on favorites. It is loud so don't go if you're looking for quiet. Our table was decked out with some great comfy armchairs but the table height was sort of strange...really low. Others weren't like that so guess we just got 'lucky'. It wasn't bothersome enough to detract from our overall experience though. It was a great place for our night out with friends!"

  • "I went here with my fiance for our Valentine's Day dinner and couldn't have had a better experience. The server was so nice and very knowledgeable, and even recommended which dish was better that my fiance was trying to decide between. I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was melt in your mouth delicious. My fiance ordered the cod sandwich and said it was the best sandwich he has ever had. Their drink list was really extensive and gave us a lot of options which we definitely appreciate. I also liked how the atmosphere was a little more laid back than I thought it might have been. I told a bunch of my friends how good the food and beverages were and highly recommended we all go there sometime."

  • "This is one of our favorite places to eat in Bellevue! They do amazing things with food and bacon! Their drinks are always good and always just a bit different then your standard cocktail. Definitely try their homemade chocolate covered salted carmel pretzels! They melt in your mouth and you'll want to take home a box! The only reason I didn't give them a perfect score on food was they tried a Truffled Deviled egg that was a bit too salty. Their customer service is excellent! I can't wait until our next visit!!"

  • "The food was great, the choice of beverages was extensive, the table of cackling women was a tiny bit obnoxious, but the overall experience was fantastic. The server was awesome, even though he said he had a headache (which came up organically and was not him complaining) he was one of the most attentive servers I have encountered in recent years. Top Notch. The option of buying wine to take home at a discounted rate from The Purple Cafe and Wine Bar next door is also really convenient."

  • "Reservation request for a specific seating area was not granted. Hostess was rude. There were empty tables throughout the restaurant including the area we requested. We ended up leaving and eating at the sister company Purple. Lot 3 is a great spot to watch football games but they didn't have the TV on and again the hostess was rude. I wont make a reservation to go there again! Purple was packed and lot 3 was nearly empty at prime time."

  • "I picked Lot No. 3 at random as a place to meet a friend from out of town for brunch. They didn't have a huge selection, which I usually take as a good sign, as it means they focus on making the shorter menu really well. I was not at all disappointed. I had the biscuits and gravy and was happy to see visible pieces of sausage in the gravy. The bacon plate was also tasty, but I am a huge fan of bacon. We look forward to returning!"

  • "The restaurant was drafty due to cold air coming in the door and it made dining slightly uncomfortable. The menu was short but had a nice selection. The food had good flavor, but more attention could be paid to preparation. The bun was almost soggy, the broccoli was overcooked and water logged, the french fries were cold, and the aoili was runny. The service was acceptable. Surprisingly, the water was good and they didn't try to push any bottled water on you. I might go back for the crispy chicken sandwich, but I would check to see if upstairs were a little warmer."

  • "This is a nice place in Bellevue, its primarily burgers, soups and sandwiches. The atmosphere is like your basic burger house, loud , but reasonable. The food was good, I was with my family and we all enjoyed our meals. The prices are a little steep, especially the cocktails(10$) each, but its somewhat understandable as it is a kind of young downtown Bellevue scene kind of thing. Nice lighting and atmosphere except for the occasional hipster. 3.5/5"

  • "And it was inside too. It was FREEZING in the restaurant. We had to wear our coats and so was everyone around us. We were there for a special birthday celebration and left as soon as we could. That has to be fixed, the food is good, the service was marginal and everyone was talking about how miserable it was because of the cold."

  • "I've been here several times and always satisfied with the comfort foods they provide. We always start with the mixed bacon plate, because who doesn't love perfectly cooked bacon. My fiance loves their chicken and waffles and I have the meatloaf for dinner and the next day for lunch! It is slightly spicy, an excellent change to bland old meatloaf. Their manhattans are delicious too. I can't finish one on my own but always stealing sips from my dinner date."

  • "Having a great brunch menu in a pub was a nice surprise. We quite enjoyed the meal, the drinks (the punch is a wonderful, both spiked and as a juice), and the servers were very friendly and helpful. The housemade pretzels are piping hot and delicious....would make a good happy hour snack. It can be pricey, but we will be back."

  • "The pork belly benedict was marginal at best because the pork belly was tough and flavorless... would rather have had some thick cut bacon. Cinnamon roll was hard and thin. I expected thick and gooey from a handmade pastry, but was totally dissapointed. The coffee was weak, although had good flavor. We had 5 cups of coffee each. Expected so much more from this place."
