A word from Lot No. 3
Lot No. 3 combines comfort food, classic cocktails, and craft brews in a vintage-industrial inspired space.

We serve everything from snacks like housemade kettle chips with sweet onion dip and our famous "plate o' bacon" to chicken and waffles and desserts including the spiced jar cake with maple glaze.

Our cocktail and spirits program has been recognized as one of the strongest in the Puget Sound.

At Lot No. 3 our focus is on classic cocktails and craft brews. We have six beers on tap, fifty plus by the bottle, as well as over one hundred spirits.

Diner Reviews
  • "The food here is just great -- a very eclectic mix on existing favorites, if a bit heavy on the bacon. The local beer list is also phenomenal: rather than having the usual suspects, Lot No. 3 has beer from very small breweries located around the region. My only negative is the service. We were there on a Sat night; the place was packed. I counted 3 waiters/waitresses trying to handle the entire restaurant, plus a single bus boy. They did an admirable job, but couldn't keep up. Interestingly, the manager did absolutely nothing to help. I watched as he would go from one computer to another, walk around the restaurant, stand around, and so on -- even when it was clear that people had been waiting just to get their drink orders taken."

  • "The drinks and appetizer (caprese poutine) were great but the entrees left much to be desired; my boyfriend didn't even like his sandwich enough to finish it and my chicken was dry. The spice cake was good, great presentation. Overall, it was just an okay meal and we will probably not be returning."

  • "Food was fine, tasty drinks, neat atmosphere inside, but parking garage was ridiculous. Nothing amazing, but not bad either."

  • "As much as I love their beer selection and fun food, like the warm pretzel with dipping sauces, I have to say that the little salted pretzel caramels that they have for dessert make me want to go there just to buy a bunch of those in a box. They're unbelievable and I we have a lot of good choices for chocolate around Seattle. These stand out as some of the best I've ever had. They're the right combination of dark chocolate, sweetness, chewiness, crunchiness and saltiness. I can't stop thinking about them."

  • "I had a group of 4 go for brunch on Sunday morning at 9. We were sat in a corner booth that was covered in crumbs. The hostess just watched as I grabbed a napkin and had to wipe down the seats. When I saw how dirty the table was I asked her for some help. The top of the booth seats were covered in dust and oj was served in a cracked glass. I will go back because I had the best bacon scramble ever. Everyone in my group loved their meals. OJ was delicous and reasonably priced for once. The food more than made up for the dirtiness which is rare. I probably wouldn't get reservations again right at opening so they have time to clean from the night before."

  • "Lot 3 provides a relaxing yet surprisingly hip backdrop for a comfort food, casual eats sort of place. I went with two teenagers who are experienced travelers, and they were suitably impressed with the environs. We were seated in comfortable, low slung, leather club chairs around a cocktail-like table in the loft. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. When I asked questions about a particular local wine with which I was unfamiliar, he offered me a taste which was a pleasant surprise. All our dishes were quite good with good portions. The goat cheese toast had a lovely presentation but the bread wasn't toasted. Tasty but texturally disappointing. A place for drinks and snacks. Think upscale pub food both in quality and presentation."

  • "For my second visit Mom, who visited from out of state, was introduced to Lot No 3. Three generations of girls agree that the food and service cannot be beat! A jewel of a find that will be revisited and referred to friends. Thank you for being so consistent on all points."

  • "Went to Lot No. 3 on a Saturday for brunch. It was pretty crowded on a rainy day. Good selection for both lunch and breakfast items. We ordered different bloody marys -- Hubby had the red snapper (with gin) I had the smokin' pig -- both were yummy and the garnishes were delish. My partner had the biscuits and gravy -- oh my, oh my. This is a religious experience for those from the south. The biscuits were soft and flakey, not dry. the gravy was soooo flavorful. Sausage gravy... Yummm! I ordered the ruben. Was a delicious version -- the bread was grilled to perfection, crispy and flavorful, melted cheese, the sauerkraut was dry, so it didn't make the bread all soggy... Very delicious. We will be back! Great find."

  • "Made an OpenTable reservation via mobile app just 11 min before showing up on time for 1130pm reservation, but reservation was cancelled by staff as a no-show. Seated right away, we were rushed to order ("kitchen closing") even though they were open another 30 minutes, and an even later 1145pm reservation was available via OpenTable app. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious, and my friend enjoyed his meal too. Ambiance was great, with leather couch seating up front. Excellent customer svc however from the restaurant's marketing manager when contacted via email, who made things right and resolved the OpenTable points award and apologized for the service. I will definitely go again just because of this."

  • "This was our first visit and most certainly not our last. The first observation is it's only downgrade, we were seated in comfy little reading chairs a bit too low and deep to comfortably dine from the table. However it was an original arrangement and the family with two young children seated after us were perfectly suited to it. The service at Lot No. 3 was impeccable! We had the Mac and Cheese and the Red beans and rice with andouille sausage. It was delicious! Their portion sizes are well planned and not too heavy given that it is comfort food. Overall will definitely repeat the experience soon and will request a regular table to dine at."

  • "We both had the waffles and chicken...both our waffles bordered on being burnt and was the chicken...the best thing about the dish was the syrup. Our waitress was quick...however she didn't check in to see if our food was ok.... Don't think we will be going back.."

  • "I've been to Lot 3 twice. First visit was great - had the Mac and Cheese which was wonderful. Second visit was not as memorable, with my fried chicken a bit overdone. Main observation on the second visit was that the wait staff appeared to be wearing whatever they want to. In some cases it looked like they just rolled out of bed, which is a jarring contrast to the décor and general ambiance of the restaurant."

  • "Went there with my wife and kids, we enjoyed ourselves, it was a bit loud, and the server was very busy, there was a party of 12 behind us. Overall enjoyed ourselves and will be back."

  • "It is a hidden gem in the East Side of Seattle! Love the vibe of dark, casual and elegant. Foods are a twist of American classic with modern feels to it; lacinato kale, multigrain croutons, grana padano for Caesar salad, peanut butter-mixed berry jam with bacon. This is not your standard American hang out bar. "

  • "I will cut right to the chase. I chose this restaurant because it was supposedly part of the Seattle Restaurant Week deal that runs every year and since it is part of the Purple ownership group I thought what could go wrong. Food is definitely delightful versions of common comfort foods. I enjoyed everything that was put in front of me. The service initially (the hostess) was good and the server started out the meal being attentive but by the time the check came, I had to wait 10 minutes for her to come back around. Also, the fine print of their participation showed that they weren't really doing lunch at all on the special menu because 90% of the day was blocked out. Why bother?"

  • "Lot No 3 is a definite must go. Service is impeccable. Food is consistently fantastic. Atmosphere is aesthetically very pleasing. The poutine as an appetizer and Chicken and waffle as an entree are my favorite. Love this place!"

  • "Our waiter was okay maybe a little aloof for my liking. Great ambience, we would have enjoyed it more if we were whisky drinkers. The pretzel was good but the mustard that came with it was a little weird, the pretzel was great on its own. Get the fudgy caramel brownie it was very rich but very good. It was the best dessert we had our whole trip!"

  • "I like the combination of a modern (but mild and pleasant) look and feel of the place, combined with good food and classic cocktails. Not very noisy, music kept at bay. Service always impeccable. I keep coming back."

  • "I enjoy this place and it is always reliable. Had the Reuben classic sandwich. I am always looking for a good one that I can reheat half of the sandwich the next day and this one met that rule. It had great flavors. Bread was not soggy. My friend had the chicken and waffles. He loved it. I had a taste of the chicken and it was seasoned well. Total comfort food meal. Other foods we've had before are the grilled cheese, pulled pork, mac and cheese, dip and chips, bacon, and more.... We are never disappointed. The server was always checking on us. Though we always wonder how we can sit up stairs. We never get to. :)"

  • "In-house baked goods and meats such as turkey makes for delicious meals! We always enjoy the flexibility of the wait staff when we want something different on a menu item. Example? Cannot eat beef but love the idea of a ruben. Suggestion? Use turkey for a delicious substitute."

  • "Great for weekend brunch with very good bloody marys and habanero mango punch. Great service with server special ordering the chicken and waffles for brunch even though it wasn't on the brunch menu. Pork belly egg benedict was good as well. Great atmosphere. Looked busy so we're glad we got a reservation for brunch."
