The restaurant wasn't completely full, but the service was super slow. I can only guess that it was "normal" because our server didn't seem to think that it was slow. It took our family of four 2 hours to complete our dinner. We are notoriously speedy eaters. It probably didn't help that one of us was served the completely wrong entree and they had to reorder it. Everyone there was very nice. At times, our server disappeared and we didn't know where she had gone. The food was good, but we probably won't go back because it was painfully slow.

This was our first visit, and we regret not trying it sooner. Everything was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the pb & j & b slider, as well as the duck confit slider. Also, best bacon!

Amazing find! All I can say is Bacon, Bacon, Bacon! We tried 3 entrees and all were amazing. Make sure to save room for some of the best dessert items you will ever find. ( my fav is the sundae ) Drink selections from the bar are outstanding. If you are a domestic beer fan this bar is not for you. Huge list of beers from all over the world. This is a must visit place while enjoying downtown Bellevue or the surrounding clubs.

The food was okay. We had the pretzel, tomato soup, and candied bacon for starters. The candied bacon wasn't all that great (just bacon with maple syrup) and definitely not worth $6.50 for two slices of bacon. I had the Mac n Cheese and my friend had the club sandwich. Again, nothing special. I was kind of disappointed in the Mac N Cheese. For dessert we had the sundae which was divine, carrot cake which was eh, and salted caramels were again, nothing special. The restaurant was empty but the servers are ALL kind of pushy and annoying.

The food was delicious, but the wait time to get our food was quite long. The servers were very professional and polite. Due to the construction of the restaurant, the noise seemed to engulf our party making it hard for us to hear eachother. The lighting was very dim and that made it hard to read the menu. Overall, I would go back because the food is worth it despite the other issues.

2/29/12 - The restaurant is gorgeous - I would live in it, if I could. Our server was helpful and sprightly; she had no problem with our request to split into two portions each thing we ordered.
The cocktails are on par with what could be had at some of the speakeasy style bars in Seattle, and are well-priced. We tried the mac and the turkey club for the candied bacon. The mac was decent, but nothing to be touted. The turkey club was okay, but would've been better had there been another strip or two of bacon. We opted for the salad to accompany the sandwich, and that was tasty.
Parking is terrible, but it's Bellevue. The website says they validate at the Galleria, but I got no such treatment; I was instructed to go to Taphouse for tha

Great service and tasty food! I only gave the overall experience four out of five stars because the place was relatively empty and my friend and I were seated right next to the door where it was pretty drafty. Otherwise, my visit was great (and included a free dessert since I was accidentally given the wrong size salad--much appreciated!) and I will certainly return.
