- What a surpriseOpenTable Diner Since 2014Dined on 8/25/2014Terrible food and dinning experience. If you are planning to eat any pasta dishes or veal you should think of going to another Resturant. If you are a average cook don't go here you might feel you can do better for the price you will pay for your dinner.Special Features:
- Always GREAT!FromMililani12VIPDined on 8/21/2014This is a great place to take visiting Family and Friends. I have been to this location for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Happy Hour. We always have a great time. The Staff are always friendly and attentive. My sisters from Maui came in for the day. There are two locations on Maui. They wanted to try out this location. Thank goodness Longhi's is open for breakfast. And located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. We had a great time. We ordered the Guava Mimosa with our Omelet, Eggs Benedict and Lox and Bagel for breakfast. Delicious! We will always come back for a great meal and incredible view of Ala Moana Park!Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- .........PyloDined on 8/19/2014Waitress were very busy. No question about the next drink. Suggested gratuity was written in the sheet.Special Features:
- Good wine and foodV123VIPDined on 8/10/2014The wine selection is great and the food was prepared well. The location is warm and they need to bump up the A/C. It is open air and gets direct sun in the PM. It was so warm that our pinot needed to be dunked in ice for a bit because it got too warm to drink... it started to change too fast. The ice helped stabilize it and we could slow down our soppings.
- Usually bettermawrtianVIPDined on 8/3/2014I have been here several times for breakfast and it is usually quite nice. We had 10 AM reservations and came on time. Maybe he got called in last minute or there something else going on but it's been a long time since I've had such a rude waiter. He never made eye contact, he looked elsewhere when talking and spoke a voice so soft he could barely be heard over all the background noise. When I asked him to repeat things he sounded annoyed and never smiled or asked once how our food was. Plus unfortunately this trip the food is only so-so. Nothing was seasoned and things were not that warm. I think they have changed the bread they use in the Benedicts for the worse. Also smallest Bloody Mary ever.Special Features:

- OpenTable Diner Since 2014Dined on 8/1/2014We went to Longhi's for our daughter's birthday from the Big Island. She loved the lunch, view, service and certainly felt special. I appreciated the fact that our two grandchildren, ages 5 & 7, were able to find something to eat that they enjoyed immensely. It was a delightful birthday celebration!Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- A great scenic viewkimosabiVIPDined on 7/29/2014The endive salad we had was one of the best we ever had, penne arrabiata was as good as we ever had in Rome's Nino, however, linguine clam (my favorite pasta, the barometer of how good and bad of any Italian eatery can be judged) was just OK, lacking in something I cannot pin point. Over all, we a great lunch any in a most beautiful setting.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- the online reservation was greatOpenTable Diner Since 2013Dined on 7/27/2014we had a family business meeting (5 members) the ambiance was great for what we were doing. very enjoyable. a little pricey, but we come on special occasions, I would like to come once a month with family and come for every business meetingSpecial Features:I would recommend this to a friend.

- Awesome!!VallindaDined on 7/26/2014Enjoyed a very relaxing lunch with a good friend who I hadn't seen in a while. Service was excellent and food was more than I expected. Better than my previous visit. The view of the ocean is always a much appreciated bonus. Recommend for anyone wishing to kick back and enjoy the moment.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Great Views and FoodHNLDINERDined on 7/25/2014Great place to bring visitors. Great sunset and water views. Food and service was great. Enjoyed my prix fix dinner. Only pain is construction going on at the mall.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Excellent food and servicelindasDined on 7/24/2014View is fabulous, food and sevice were great. Ideal experience. Fish is very fresh and sauce was terrific.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- KalenaDined on 7/20/2014The food was very good, however, the service was very poor. Our server was not attentive and seemed to forget that we were there. I asked him to take a picture of us and he seemed a little displeased and was definitely very impatient as he did not take the time to even focus on us. In addition, in making the reservations, I noted that we were celebrating both our birthdays. NOTHING was said or done. I realize th at we had breakfast, but, how about offering us a complimentary specialty coffee or a breakfast side. I ordered the Maine lobster benedict with a side of potatoes. My friend ordered a frittata with waffles on the side. I think that our order deserved some attention.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Delicious breakfast! Perfect venue!AndrewDined on 7/20/2014Delicious breakfast! Excellent eggs Benedict and Mac nut pancakes with coconut syrup. Lovely venue and excellent service. Look forward to our next visit !Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Very DisappointingnawzirDined on 7/18/2014I have dined at Longhi's for over 20 years, first discovering them in Lahaina, Maui. They have always been outstanding for food, service and ambiance. This time, we had a terrible experience at Ala Moana location. We were seated closer to the bar and it was LOUD! We could not hear ourselves talk to each other. The servers seemed like they all came from McDonalds or worse. For this calibre restaurant and the prices they charge, service MUST be much better and the staff need to be trained. My guess was the manager was not present that night and the staff were having a free day and being their true self! Unfortunately, we will not be dining at Longh's again.Special Features:
- Romantic and entertainingMakairadiverDined on 7/18/2014The location of the restaurant is gives an unsurpassed ocean view and is perfect for watching the Friday night firework show.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.

- And the view!mcbobbyVIPDined on 7/4/2014Not a lot of good restaurants at a mall. This is the exception. Good food, service and GREAT VIEW!I would recommend this to a friend.

- Great for business diningMichaelDined on 6/26/2014Longhi's is a great place for business dining. The bar is a pleasant place to wait for a guest. It is quiet enough to talk and the food is great. Good selection for someone trying to watch his diet. I will certainly be back.Special Features:
- Good view of Hilton fireworksCooponponDined on 6/20/2014Food and service is very good. We enjoyed the nice atmosphere at open terrace table, viewing Hilton's Friday Fireworks. Price is reasonable too.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.

- OpenTable Diner Since 2014Dined on 6/15/2014Great food but service not on par with menu pricing.Special Features:
- FooMoonFooMoonDined on 6/15/2014Had Father's Day breakfast at 9 a.m. Both hubby and I had the eggs benedict. He had the standard Canadian bacon, etc. and I had the crab cake version. My crab cakes were excellent - comprised of real crab and hardly any fillers. The down side was that the benedict was served with crusty, thick, french bread slices instead of the usual English muffins. My husband said the bread was too "hard". The dish was also served with fried potatoes, a little overdone and tasted like it was "sitting" a while rather than freshly made. Overall, I was satisfied with my dish because the excellent crab cakes made up for the other little negatives. The music played during our meal was irritating, actually detracted from the relaxing venue of Longhi's.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Go for the ViewJadeVIPDined on 6/13/2014The food is decent, but with the prices, you're really paying more for the view than the food. It's a beautiful view for brunch and a great place to enjoy some food and drinks while you watch the Hilton Friday night fireworks. While I understand wanting to maximize the number of seats, I believe there may have been one table too many in the front and as a result some of the tables are situated a little too closely to one another. Several times, I was inadvertently elbowed in the back by the lady sitting at the next table and a few times my elbow clipped her elbow while we were eating. But overall, Longhi's is a nice place to go for taking in the view.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Longhi'sRmanDined on 6/8/2014Great scenery, Great food, Great service, Great time, friends enjoyed the restaurant.Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Nice viewMusubi143Dined on 6/7/2014We decided to try Longhis for dinner after enjoying their breakfast. It was very disappointing. We were one of maybe 4 tables in the entire restaurant yet it took our server quite a while to greet us and take our drink orders. I ordered the Prime New York steak medium rare with mushrooms. My steak came out with barely any pink inside and it seemed like the entire plate had been sitting under the hot lamp for too long. The mushrooms were greasy and mushy. We ordered a side of green beans. They were also super oily and say in their own grease. My iced tea sat empty for at least 10 minutes while our server chatted with some coworkers. He seemed very disinterested in our business. Overall a very lousy experience.
- great brunchalohahealthcoachDined on 6/1/2014I was surprised that the brunch menu is reasonably priced. My mom and I had blueberry pancakes and the crab cake benedict. We were both very pleased. Be aware that if you go during happy hour it is extremely loud. Also dinner is expensive (but also yummy-the free pizza bread is ONO!!).Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
- Pleasant lunchDisappointmentDined on 5/31/2014Bar service not attentive; Salads, desert very good and pleasant service. Open table reservation not recordedSpecial Features:I would recommend this to a friend.

- Pleasant brunch with a friendGoodtoGoDined on 5/26/2014It is nice to know that Longhi's had not changed over the years . . . the food and the ambience still great as my friend and I sat outdoors and chatted for hours! Overall, it was a very pleasant brunch for both of us. Thank you, Longhi's!Special Features:
- DIRTY DISHESArtie808VIPDined on 5/26/2014Normally I go there for breakfast or brunch when most popular places in the neighborhood have a long wait. I was warned by my friend who went to Longhi's a few times with me. He said that he could smell the dirty dishes they use and the poor quality of the lobseter they use for the lobster egg benedict. This time as I sat down with my friends and waited for the ice water. I saw our wait person scratching off something off the rim of a glass. As soon as he saw my reaction on my face, he switched that glass with a new one. He then brought over the three glasses of water to our table. Should I have not witnessed him doing so, I am pretty sure he was going to serve us with that dirty glass.Special Features:
- So-soSergDined on 5/25/2014Everything was okay, but no wow factor. All of our dishes were soaked in sauces. I sometimes feel this only covers up mediocre food.Special Features:
- Good view but...OpenTable Diner Since 2013Dined on 5/11/2014The food was just okay. My husband ordered a seafood pasta and was underwhelmed. Even less impressed when we got the bill and the so-so pasta was $40. I ordered the Longhi's salad and it was good, but nothing special. Ordered the portobello mushroom appetizer and enjoyed it. The bread may have been my favorite part of the meal... a combination of jalapeno cheese bread and a pizza style cheese bread. The staff was all very nice and once we got our waitress to start serving us, she was delightful. We were not happy to sit at the table for 15 minutes before she came to our table (after we flagged down a busser and asked who our waitress was...). That said, I'd still probably go back. Great view and all the staff was very nice.Special Features:
- Another great mealOpenTable Diner Since 2005VIPDined on 5/11/2014Another great meal! Plus you can't beat the view! Erin our server was incredible!Special Features:I would recommend this to a friend.
