It was better than we expected. A beautiful room with plenty of space between the large tables. And quiet! Our waiter, Alex, was most considerate and very skilled; so were the other staff. Though it was not on the prix fixe menu, Alex was happy to substitute the sweetbread appetizer I craved, and it was superb.
For a first-class, classical French restaurant, the prices were amazingly low, and the $18 corkage fee may be a record low these days.
