Logan InnFavorite place in New Hope!Everytime I'm in the New Hope area, I have lunch/dinner and drinks here! Has a friendly staff, food is always good and the prices are decent. Great wine list! Atmosphere is great and they have parking for customers only, they do charge for it but much better than having to drive around looking for a spot on street or dealing with pesky parking meters.5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMSpecial Meal, Affordable PriceWe found Nikolas (Logan Inn's new restaurant) through TripAdvisor, and a friend told us it was the one place we had to go. Both were absolutely right: for $39, I had one of the best 4-course meals I've eaten. There are 3 prix-fixe menus: one for $39, one for $55, and one for $72, and it just so happened that everything I most wanted was on the least costly menu (all desserts are offered on all menus). You can also do a wine pairing with each for an extra cost, which adds not only quite a lot of wine, but a sommelier who comes to the table with each new course/glass to explain why that particular wine was chosen and what it smells and tastes like. We adored every course, found the staff incredibly friendly, and loved the whole experience.5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place for Mother's DayGreat place for Mother's Day Brunch. We are regulars and return when we are in town.5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's Day lunch - greatWe booked the Logan Inn for Mother's Day dinner (they also have Nikolas which is much more relaxed with a bar and is usually buzzing at night)
The dinner menu offers 3 levels of Prix fixe 4,5 or the chef's taster 7 choices; each includes desert. I can't remember if they have an a la carte menu but they don't need one anyway. The meals can be ordered with wine pairing, or not your choice. The food was excellent.
We have been there a few times and the service has been great; understandably on Mother's day it was not up to their usual. It's not inexpensive for dinner but well worth it. The lunch menu is obviously much cheaper. Bottom line is go and check it out. You won't be dissappointed AND they have parking!! A must in New Hope5/12/2013 12:00:00 AMtry it, you'll like it!We always enjoy our time here. However, they have a new chef and menu, which is Mediterranean. Unfortunately, I don't eat seafood, so my choices were few. I did enjoy what I ordered, though.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMA perfect place to catch upTwo friends and I met there for breakfast this past Saturday morning (all of us from 1+ hour away in different directions). It was the perfect place....a table with a view, a diverse menu and a waitress who knew we were there to catch up and didn't rush us a single bit. Being just a half block away from the main street made parking easier, too, with both their own lot and street parking right across. This will be our new meeting spot!5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMPerfect New Hope Brunch/LunchFour of us for a weekend lunch. Food and service were quite good. Appetizers included clams and oysters on the half shell, grilled octopus and snapper turtle soup. The first three were excellent, the turtle soup was too thick and rather tasteless. Even adding sherry didn't help make it better.
Entrees included filet mignon, kobe beef, branzino and lox/smoked trout and bagel. All were excellent...fresh, and well prepared and all the beef came out as ordered. Desserts included Greek yogurt, flourless chocolate cake and a Greek polenta custard in a phyllo dough wrap. The Greek yogurt was amazing, and the two other desserts were excellent as well (I tried them all).
Food was expensive...$195 before tip which included non-alc beverages5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMThe fresh and delicious foodThe fresh and delicious food was served in a lovely outdoor setting by friendly and attentive staff.4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMaS GOOD AS WE EXPERIENCE PREVIOUSLYaS GOOD AS WE EXPERIENCE PREVIOUSLY. We had a wonderful outdoor dining experience, glad they had the heaters on outside because when the sun went down it got chilly! Service was excellent as well as the food. We will definately return!4/27/2013 12:00:00 AMFirst classWent to an early dinner after great show at the playhouse(which was in walking distance).
Have been to the Logan in the past , but it was the first time we ate on the spacious patio. It was a beautiful day but they
Had their heat lamps on to make it extra nice.
Had the four course with wine tasting.
the attention, service and food was exceptional4/25/2013 12:00:00 AMFood was good but pricey.Food was good but pricey. Convenient to the Bucks County Playhouse, which is where we going. One of the best steaks I have ever had (kobe strip steak)and fried oysters to die for.

Wendy4/18/2013 12:00:00 AMEnjoyed the Inn very much.Enjoyed the Inn very much. Dined for lunch outdoors and was very pleased.4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMDine out often and never writtenDine out often and never written a Review before. This place made me do it. AWESOME dining experience in every way possible!4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMMusic and Good FoodWe sat in the bar area to have a table for the (later) musical entertainment. We were expecting a raucous atmosphere, so no surprise to us when that happened. The food was tasty. Baked brie appetizer and mixed beet salad were good starters, followed by steak entrees that were prepared perfectly. Settled in for an hour and a half of music following dinner which capped a fun night at Logan Inn.4/13/2013 12:00:00 AMWe had a wonderful time!We had a wonderful time! The price fixed menu had many options to choose from and our server was very knowledgable.4/2/2013 12:00:00 AMVery nice time. Went forVery nice time. Went for Easter, so the menu was set, and there was a great selection. Thank you....3/31/2013 12:00:00 AMWell worth the trip.We booked a room at the Inn and made a weekend stay. I had heard there was a new restaurant, Nikolas, and wanted to try it. It was a wonderful dining experience. They have 3 wonderful fix price menus, but with the added bonus of adding the wine pairings. There staff is great and very knowledgable about the food and wine. We are planning on going again bring friends with us next time.3/30/2013 12:00:00 AMI do not recommend with groupI do not recommend with group of people unless you reviewed menu ahead of time. We would not go back with group and do not like a set menu when we are dining out. It makes it very hard to choose your dinner. It really oes not give you many choices to please every appetite. Although food is good it is better to have an open menu with more simple choices.3/29/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat experienceReally enjoyed it as Nikolas. Food was excellent. However, not a big fan of the table for two rows though.3/23/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat place beautiful setting.Great place beautiful setting. Service wonderful, food delicious.3/19/2013 12:00:00 AMMy new favorite place in NewMy new favorite place in New Hope. It's a prix-fixe menu that is very reasonably priced and has lots of options. Make sure you get the wine pairings. They have done a great job selecting wines to complement each course.3/17/2013 12:00:00 AMNikolas is now the name forNikolas is now the name for the restaurant that is situated in the Logan Inn. Their food quality definitely has not been sacrificed! We enjoyed the chef's tasting menu along with our before dinner cocktails. The wine that we had for dinner was very good as well. Be sure to try their version of baked brie and the greek custard dessert in filo dough. Super delish!!! Our server was very knowledgeable and made the entire experience delightful. To our surprise she was in training and we would have never known it. Great job!!!3/2/2013 12:00:00 AMLoved the tasting menu andLoved the tasting menu and the time to enjoy each course.2/16/2013 12:00:00 AMThe Best Place to go, forThe Best Place to go, for a Fun, A Good Meal, and a Good Cocktail!2/14/2013 12:00:00 AMprix fixe menus had greatprix fixe menus had great selection. wines were delicious and well paired. champagne toast on valentines day was very nice2/14/2013 12:00:00 AMOur favorite restaurant. UnfortunatOur favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, we were seated next to a loud and obnoxious group. Should have asked to be moved.1/12/2013 12:00:00 AMGive your review a title (optional)we have been to logan inn many times and have always loved it. the service is outstanding and the inn itself is beautiful. since they have changed to the prix fixe only menu in the main dining room, we have noticed a decline especially in portion size. this last visit I don't know how they managed it but I was hungrier when I left then when I went in. I know nothing is getting cheaper but when portion sizes reduce that much for 55.00 a plate it is time to search elsewhere for a good night out. I literally received for my 55.00 2 shrimp, a plate of greens, a piece of meat you needed a microscope to see and dessert. my companion had an 11.00 glass of wine that was half full. I hope that they rectify their choices before its too late.1/6/2013 12:00:00 AMLove NikolasWe sat by a beautiful, large fireplace, the service was impeccable but not pretentious at all! We did the 7-course prixe fix with wine pairing, everything was paired perfectly and we were just in heaven. No need to go into the city for 5-Star dining Nikolas was everything it should be and more.1/5/2013 12:00:00 AM
