Three to five courses of this caliber deserve a little extra time. If you do need to get in and out, the staff can easily accommodate. I do think they could step up the cocktail composition and presentation just a bit, but you would be missing out if you didn't take advantage of what their world-class Sommelier has to offer. Great location off Main Street if you have a chance to dine outside in the early evening. She didn't do anything drastically wrong it just felt like she couldn't care less and was not very friendly or sincere. We opted for the 5-course chef's tasting menu with wine--a bit of a splurge, but well worth it. The menu included an appetizer, small portions of 3 entrees--seafood, pasta, beef--and a dense, decadent chocolate mousse for dessert. We did not ask in advance what we would be served, and it was great fun to enjoy the surprise of each course. It also made us experience preparations that we otherwise might not have ordered because one of us does not care for fennel or goat cheese or whatever. Each course was just outstanding. We love to create a multi course meal by splitting courses. Logan serves artful individual plates of these splits. The service is outstanding (if you get up the waitron comes and refolds your napkin, water glass is always full, staff know the dishes and make spot on recommendations). I tried the bacon and egg salad: arugula, a bacon crouton and sunny side up egg, with a sherry vinaigrette, presented separately on the plate...delish!
