However, it was delicious. We couldn't remember if it had been lukewarm before. We have only eaten here twice before in the recent past. Our other experience is too long ago to remember when. We consider this a special occasion eating spot. The food is a little more expensive than other places we've gone, but it is well worth it! The salad bar is fresh and the clam chowder is the best we've had in the area. We love the steaks. There is a wide variety and they are cooked to perfection. I don't order prime rib out, but my son let me taste his and it was outstanding. This week four of us were dining and each of us had something different. Embarrassing as it is to admit, there was not a scrap of food left! The service in the bar and restaurant was excellent. The steak was marinated perfectly and very tender, succulent and juicy. Waiters are very good and attentive but not so much that they bug you.
